I can't give a zero score. The coach did not pick us up and despite having evidence proving we were where we were told to be, we have been refused a refund. No reason for refusal. Double checked night before our pick up point. In the morning we got message to say be at meeting point half an hour earlier which we only received that morning so had to rush as the pick up was over a mile away and then no show. We waited an hour in hope. This was the second Viator trip with issues. Never again.

Our Tour Guide, Michael, gave us a great city tour on the way to Pearl Harbor. He provided lots of local history, information and tips. We had a few fun photo ops, as well. We enjoyed this very much! The Pearl Harbor Tour and Memorial was interesting (and somber), as expected. A must-see for all. The tour ticket said the duration of the tour was from 8:30 to 3:30, but we were back to our hotel by 1:15pm. The amount of time at the site was adequate, but we were expecting to be there longer (The tour company may want to correct this on future tickets), and would have visited Ford Island if we had the extra time. Overall, I do recommend this tour.

Tour guides were GREAT on bus the Pearl Harbor experience UNFORGETTABLE Thankful to be in Hawaii. yet to stand in the place this tragic event happened is so unexplainable for me as being in the civil war battleground out east I can imagine it, yet so thankful I was not there,, yet unbelievable it actually really happened.

Disappointed and feel it was misrepresented. Thought the tour was longer based on a pickup of 8:30 and returning at 3:30. Did not have time to visit the two museums and did not need to see Chinatown. Would have liked more time at Pearl Harbor.

An amazing experience full of education. We really enjoyed our time at the Pearl Harbor. Transportation was a little upsetting because the bus had no air in the back and we were the last to get picked up and had no choice but to sit in the back. Also the driver was late. But other than that great experience.

Michael the tour guide is where our 5 star rating begins. From the moment he picked us up he was a wealth of knowledge regarding Pearl Harbor and the attractions around this excursion. A little disorganize with my pick up area. They changed it twice, waited for an hour due to the miscommunication. However I was at the correct spot based off the most recent email sent to me. Other than that, the tour guide Michael went above and beyond! Explained everything in detail, friendly, professional and even gave us snacks/drinks.

I called the tour on my departing day but the operator keep rescheduling and The driver left without me she said????

Worst of the worst experience I’ve ever had in the island! I wish I could give a negative star. Paid full amount a week prior my Hawaiian holiday but they never picked me up from my hotel. Still have the courage to send me the link for review??? I had to reschedule my flight from LA back to Hawaii because they promised me to rebook me for another tour. I want to start off by saying Ka-noe is the epitome of cool! I want to be Ka-noe when I grow up! She is such a funny and smart lady and we loved the trip to Pearl.Harbor and city tour. Her commentary made the trip very special and seeing Pearl Harbor with my 89 year old grandmother, my sister and our 18 year old niece (her first time out of California) was very memorable. I could not visit Hawaii without visiting Pearl Harbor so chose to purchase the USS Arizona tour as time was limited. Our host Michael couldn’t have been more pleasant and kind as we missed our pick up time and arranged to meet him at Pearl Harbor. That worked out great as the USS Arizona tickets had been purchased ahead of time through the tour company and Michael had them. You should know it could take a while to secure tickets to see this site so it was hassle free for me to purchase through this tour. The 3 star review is because the title states Honolulu City tour and it is just a bus ride back to hotel with a couple of points of interest mentioned. Not much more but pleased to have gotten to see the short WWII movie & the history at Pearl Harbor.

Good if you didn’t plan ahead!

The experience was wonderful and memorable for my children and myself. We love the monument and believed it was important to see. If you can plan ahead and do it on your own, great! I felt that the Viator trip is good for those that did not have advanced tickets and was more of a luxury than a need.
