      Good for admissions but nothing else is included. No food or drinks included, even though it stated food and drinks included. The ferris wheel ride was closed most of the day. Downtown Aquarium

      The city pass is supposed to be good for several days. My wife and daughter bought and used two of the entries yesterday. Today, the passes are showing as expired even though it is advertised that they have several days to use all the entries. Horrible experience! No one answered the customer service line when they called to get it straightened out. Lousy deal. Will not use again.

CityPASS is valid for 9 days starting with and include the first day of use (or the first uncanceled reservation) and should not show as expired until those nine days are complete. I'm sure our customer care team could help you with this; their contact info is at support.citypass.com. If all of our customer care agents are helping other customers, you can leave a message and someone will call you back, or you can also live chat if you prefer.

      Good value for what you get...but a small heads up...skip the aquarium. It is lame and literally took us about 30 minutes to go through the whole thing. I'd have been real upset had I paid full price for it.

      We have great time, except for some issues with the hotel security. Someone broken our truck early in the morning so we had to return to our house early because we can close properly the truck bad experience

      I love all the things the city pass offers. But I bought it yesterday and used it at NASA and today I cannot find the tickets anymore, the app doesn't have my tickets anymore. glad I saved them yesterday. But I feel like they should be available until expiration.

      It was worth the money spent and my kids had a blast. Wish we would've been in Houston longer so we could've done more stuff but it was well worth it for the limited time we were in town

      It was the best decision we have made before coming to Houston. It is worth it compared to buying tickets individually. Our best visits were Houston space center ( need full day to enjoy evey bitbof it) and museum of nature and science. We did the aquarium one but nothing special. The kemah visit was not bad, there was not that much rides but it is okay for couple hours but nothing special as well. I highly recommend the pass if you ever decide to come and visit Houston.

      We went to the Children's Museum, Houston Space Center, Houston Zoo, Houston Aquarium - getting into each place was easy with CityPass (we only chose to "upgrade" at the zoo). CityPass definitely did as it advertised and all 5 of us were able to get into each attraction without issue. Definitely worth the money spent (or we'd have spent MUCH MORE purchasing tickets at each attraction separately).

      Absolutely worth it, so affordable and you are able to see so much. Houston is beautiful with plenty to see, museum was a little on the busy side but for the most part we weren't fighting any crowds this weekend!

      VIATOR is a rip off because they are a 3rd party booking engine and support the vendors. Customer service is in another country and you cannot get to customer service to get a refund on something they double booked . They take zero responsibility but yet take your money. Better to book with the vendor directly . There is no transportation included on the city pass snd the boardwalk is free to attend so not sure why the e trance is an option on the pass . It also cost extra money for the exhibitions or experience . Unless you are staying 5 days or more thd pass is not a good value in my opinion

      Thank you for your feedback. CityPASS admission to Kemah Boardwalk includes an all-day ride pass, the regular cost of which is $28/adult and $21/child. You can find details on exactly what is included at each attraction on our website at citypass.com/houston.

      Unfortunately we didn’t get to see all 5 places. I was under the impression we had a few days to see all 5 places. I ended up only seeing two places due to the time constraints that we didn’t know we had. I think we only had 24 hours or so to see all the museums.
