Go on a rappelling and zipline adventure at Puerto Rico’s Carite State Forest. We usually have multiple pick ups so please allow a 15 minute window for the bus to arrive. Our return time is around 3pm but this may vary depending on group size, group speed and traffic conditions. Fast dry apparel is recommended.
Closed-toe hiking sandals are recommended, if you do not own a pair, an old pair of sneakers or water shoes also work.

Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time and may be one to two hours ahead of your cruise ship's time schedule, especially during Daylight Saving, when clocks are set back one hour.

Can’t recommend this adventure enough! Our guides were so kind and knowledgeable. They were extremely accommodating and great to work with. The homemade meal by the local family might have been the best meal we had on the island. An amazing, one of a kind experience as access to the trail and waterfall are controlled by the family and they mostly only allow this group to operate there. Lots of trust and love as our guides have been working together with this family over 10,15 years. It kind of sets a special tone and adds to the experience.

This was an amazing experience. The tour guides made us feel very safe the whole time which is important since we were dealing with heights and ropes. The trail was set up nicely. There was some climbing but nothing too strenuous. The forest was beautiful and cool. The added bonus of the home cooked meal at the end was excellent. Especially after a long morning of exercise.

You need to do this! What an awesome experience!

Patricia and the boys (Sammy Francisco) were AMAZING. We’ve been here a couple times now and this is by far the best tour and tour guides we’ve had. The energy was off the charts. We felt super safe, informed, and comfortable at all times. The playlist on the way there was fire. Lunch was phenomenal. If you get patricia and the boys consider yourselves the luckiest tourists. It doesn’t get better than them!! Also furry friends bruno and pepa were the cutest co-guides.

Wow! This was an amazing excursion for our family (47, 46, 15, 12). The hike up to the waterfall is hard but totally worth it. Hard to top rappelling down a waterfall as a first time experience for my daughters and the zip lines were great. The lunch afterwards is a really special treat. They were clearly focused on both a high quality and very safe experience. Could not recommend more highly.

We had the greatest time on this adventure. The tour guides were funny and had great information on things to do during our stay. The experience was a definite challenge!! They taught us a lot about hiking the rainforest and rappelling down the waterfall. They had the greatest hospitality and were hilarious! Safety was a definite importance and I felt they were trustworthy. The home ended with a delicious home cook meal! I would definitely do this again!

such a fun experience. they take you on a hike with some rock climbing and then up to a beautiful water fall where you repel. they are very safe and help you through the whole thing. afterwards they take you to eat authentic puerto rican food which made the whole experience. ely sammy and hector were our tour guides and they were the best! they even take photos for you while on the trails.

Consider yourself lucky if you get to take this tour. By far the best part of our trip! This is the only company allowed to take tourist to see the waterfall. The views are absolutely amazing, the hike is adventurous, and the guides were kind and attentive. They worked to make sure that every person who wanted to get to the top made it no matter their skill level. And the lunch 🙌🏻

Our guides were Patricia, Alfonso, and Sammy. All 3 of them were excellent guides, providing safety when necessary and creating a friendly atmosphere where everyone in the group felt comofrtable with one another. What to expect: You will be hiking up a beautiful mountain. There are lots of slippery rocks and rock scrambling so you really do need to be in good shape. You will pass beautiful waterfulls and can even drink from the stream. Once you reach your peak the real fun starts. You rappel down a waterfall! The guides did an amazing job encouraging everyone in the group and getting through it safely. And patricia takes great photos! Lastly finishing off with zipling then back to grandmas house for an authentic home cooked Puerterican food. I would absolutely return and do this again. My group of 3 said it was our favorite activity all weeked!
