Very professional

Michael was not concerned about having to wait an hour for our delayed flight. He communicated regularly to let us know he had arrived and was awaiting our arrival. He made certain we knew where to find him. And he insisted on tending to our baggage. We enjoyed a lovely conversation with him as he expertly drove us to our location.
