Overview

Gather your friends, sharpen your mind, and get ready to escape a fun, themed room in downtown Jacksonville. Head to St. Johns Town Center and choose from one of five unique escape rooms. You’ll have a guide to help you escape from the evil warden in Prison Break or get your report card checked off in Playground. Solve the puzzles and gather clues to escape before the time runs out.

Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
No food or drink can be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a total blast as a family. We laughed so much and worked together it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and so very helpful. The game was complicated but we were helped along the way. We will definitely do this again.

Sharing the experience with a friend who has never been to an escape room before was awesome and so much fun! The game was intriguing, interesting and thought provoked. We loved the game we chose, The Heist, and cannot wait to go on the other adventures at this location! We both had the most amazing time at The Escape Game Jacksonville! The staff working there added to the fun and was as much a part of making our day special as was participating in the game. From Ashton to Matthew to Cheyenne to Ashley, they were truly engaged and engaging and made sure that we had the best day ever! Even their agent in the call center, Monet, went above and beyond after our adventure was over! All of them are the epitomé of what great customer relations are all about ~ it was obvious that they love their job! We would HIGHLY recommend The Escape Game of Jacksonville! We're already booked for another adventure with our family! We are anxious to try every escape room they have! THANK YOU for the BEST DAY EVER!

Lots of fun! Just me and my boyfriend went and we did not make it out however, we had a lot of fun! This is a great activity for team building and if you're just looking for something to do. I would highly recommend this for all ages.
