Great way to spend a Sunday in Karlsruhe

Best way to get an overview of the city. It was great to be able to jump on at the stop closest to our hotel. Driver was friendly and made sure we understood how much time we had at a designated break.

The most memorable part of my experience was when the bus tour guide was interrupted in the middle of a very interesting story by a message. The message was telling us that we should have our tickets and that a ticket control is possible at any point during the ride. This kind of passive - aggressive nonsense might fly on a regular bus but as a tourist i felt offended at the mere suggestion that i would joyride ON A TOURIST BUS. In general it all felt half-assed, the guide would get cut-off mid-sentence all the time and it was worth neither my money, nor my time. Pls fix and start actually caring about your customers and their “experience”, or else they might never trust Viator again.

Die gebuchte Fahrt ging leider nur bis zum Rondellplatz, da aufgrund vom Christopher Street Day (Umzug) die weitere geplante Strecke „zu“ war. Wir durften die Fahrt zur nächsten geplanten Uhrzeit wiederholen. Es war ein Erlebnis, auch der Fahrer war sehr kompetent.
