  • Tours operate in rain or shine

  • We recommend being prepared for a walk in the woods: bring good walking shoes, bug spray, and a rain jacket
  • Parents must accompany their child at all times. Further, in consideration of all guests, we ask that parents make an honest assessment of their child's/children's temperament
  • Moderate mobility is a must for our garden terrain. There are several sets of stairs throughout the tour and uphills and downhills on loose gravel
  • Infants must sit on laps
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

We loved our tour guide Sheri! She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She was full of fun facts. We enjoyed the fruit samples and the extensive chocolate presentation. If you aren’t into botanicals, the tastings make the tour exciting and fun! The gardens are stunning and totally worth seeing. They make you feel one with nature and we thoroughly enjoyed every part! Would definitely recommend and return to this tour when we come back!

This was an amazing experience! Our guide Lisa was so knowledgeable & had such a love for the plants grown in the 9 acre garden. The chocolate tasting was delicious, too! Spending 3 hours in this splendid garden was truly special and filled with the Aloha spirit :) A must-see experience for any nature / garden lover.

The tour and gardens are so impressive that we could have done it all again the next day. This hidden gem is well worth a visit and we can’t recommend it highly enough, it’s definitely the highlight of our trip to Kauai. The staff are lovely, engaging and very knowledgeable. There’s tasting aplenty (both chocolate and fruit) and the beauty of the place is off the charts. We took loads of photos and they just don’t do it justice. It was 3 hours, which flew by and we still didn’t want it to end. We’ll certainly do the tour again when we’re back in Kauai, anyone who doesn’t is seriously missing out.

Samples of fresh fruit and chocolate. Troy was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable about everything. Lisa was also a very nice and helpful person trying to protect us against bug bites. I like how both guides knew so much about how chocolates were made and different types. Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The hike was enjoyable. My only recommendations is to make sure that you bring water, bring sun screen and the "best" insect spray The employees did provide their own "locally made" insect spray and anti-inflammatory lotion, but it didn't work well for us.

Heidi was an excellent guide who shared her vast knowledge of the plants in the gardens freely. The gardens themselves are lush and well tended. There were many different terraces, bridges, and pathways to explore. Not to mention a wonderful presentation about the history and culture of chocolate. Lots of tasty samples along the way!

Our family of 4 took this tour. The gardens are beautiful and so well kept. Our tour was informative and fun. We learned lots of interesting facts and got to taste test some local fruits. The chocolate tasting was so fun. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!
