Most travelers can participate
Additional seat required for passengers over 250 lbs or combined weight of two people at 420 lbs
Show time is 30 min prior to departure time.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Good experience/bad booking process

Aside from the company wanting to change our chosen time twice because of apparent weight and balance issues, another time just saying we had been changed to a different time, all thru an automated text system I couldn't respond to, and then finally put us at our chosen time...I think they were waiting for someone else to book to optimize their time....our actual flight was FABULOUS!!! Max, our pilot, was informative, kept making sure we were all okay, and played the perfect music. Great time had by all.

Wow! This experience exceeded my expectations 1000x. The photos and video do not do it justice. Worth every penny!! You will see the most beautiful views from high up, incredible waterfalls, Napoli coast, north shore, the volcano crater and more. Our pilot Micah was a pro. Super smooth landing. I would definitely do this again. Early morning 8:25 ride.
