Aloha Scott - I'm sorry you could not join us for our food tour. As part of our protocol for confirming our guests on our tour we contact you via email, phone, and text. you are emailed the directions upon booking the tour. In addition, we email you a reminder the day before the tour. Lastly, our tour guide reaches out to you 3 days and 1 day before the tour.
We're noticing that three things happen when people can not find their tour: 1. sometimes guest accidentally incorrectly input their contact information and they do not receive the information 2. they don't read the instructions fully 3. something comes up and they can't attend the tour.
