You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A must for movie fans or anyone

Thank you to Andrew and Roy for helping us explore the island through the eyes of Hollywood. Really helped us get our bearings and ideas for additional jaunts around Kauai. The plus was viewing scenes from the movies while driving to each destination. Andrew knowledge about the island from growing up here helped add to his narration.

Andrew was our guide and he was great. At one point someone was on their phone distracting the tour and he was graceful at nipping it in the bud. I also had double booked and thought I’d have plenty of time. It turns out I didn’t and Andrew addressed it came up with a solution and I got to make my 2nd tour. What we saw and learned from our guide was great. Unfortunately our bus did not have air so halfway thru our tour was terminated. However they offered us same tour the next two days but I was leaving the island that nite or full refund. Will definitely do this next time

We are movie buffs and lie seeing all the locations on Kauai where they were filmed. Although we were staying up in Princeville, we had to drive down to a different location than originally stated. The bus was over 15 minutes late and we thought we were at the wrong location. When the bus finally arrived, no explanation as to why. When the next group was picked up, the tour guide said they tried to call them. Hmmm

Loved our tour. Kauai is beautiful! Andrew, our tour guide, was wonderful! Unfortunately, my husband became very ill that morning & could not go. I requested a refund for his ticket & was shut down.. no compassion, no refund- extremely disappointed in their customer service. Therefore, I would not recommend this company. Sign up, pay a lot of money, at your own risk. Just be kind……
