Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our pilot Felipe was an excellent pilot and a genuinely warm individual who went out of his way to give us the best possible tour over Kaua'i. With recent rains, the waterfalls into the valleys were spectacular and the entire ride was awe inspiring. We can't recommend this experience enough.

This was incredible. We paid a bit more to have our own flight but this meant my wife and I had the perfect views throughout and there was no bad spot on the flight. Really informative pilot and helpful ground crew. A lot of people do these tours but this experience won’t be exceeded.

It was our first time in a helicopter and no doors. Our pilot Guy was awesome. He made sure we were comfortable with the turns (I was a little leery at first). He told us all about each of the areas we saw. I highly recommend him and this tour. We are in our late 60’s and we had a blast! The scenery was breathtaking.

Waterfalls and weather

Pilot Guy was great, the weather was rough, and we didn't get to see the Napali Voast, but it was an adventure! You really get tossed around, and there's nothing separating you from the weather, but we would do it again (and hope to see the coast next time). What we did get to see were lots of clouds, rain, and waterfalls, and the crater. Some very skillful flying put is at ease. No bruises. Quite an experience! We booked late, so the only slot open was 2:00. If we try again we would go for earlier in the day hoping the weather is better. The entire staff was full of Aloha, very nice! Thanks!
