Fantastic experience through and through. The main office was easy to find and located at the rear of a small tourist/shopping area, flanking a coffee place which served great drinks. Reception inside was welcoming and to the point, directing us down the road to the intake site which was easy to find with their directions. Parking was easy and bathrooms quickly available. CJ greeted us and brought us to the main site. There we met Peyton and CJ and after placing our car keys in a safely secured locker, the two of them proceeded to help us get our harnesses on which was followed by a concise but informative and helpful demonstration of the zipline rigging procedure by CJ - the gyst was that we were in good hands and just needed to relax while the two of them would set us up at each checkpoint. The drive to the trailhead was bumpy but made bearable and entertaining by Peyton who provided interesting anecdotes about Hawaii history, geography, and agriculture. The scenery was beautiful and despite hosing our exposed skin with bug spray, mosquitoes were virtually absent which we were most happy about. The first line was small and calm, but served as a great warm-up / introduction into the day’s activity. The rest of the 7 lines were simply breathtaking between both the scenery available as well as the distance and speed to be enjoyed. CJ and Peyton were absolutely, absolutely amazing - could not have been better. They were eager, energetic, talkative, playful, funny, approachable, yet professional and trustworthy through and through. I felt both safe and calm/relaxed every minute. The best thing this company can do for itself is retain these two wonderful employees - they truly are exemplary. Snacks and drinks were provided mid-way through the excursion which included a variety of flavored beverages, ice cold waters, and granola bars. Photo opps were scenic and fun, with Gabe & Peyton offering to serve as amateur photographers with iPhone cameras - no overpriced professional photo packages pushed on you at any point in the trip. I would highly recommend this excursion & company to anyone and everyone.

Super fun and safe. The fear factor goes away after the 2nd zip. The snacks and drinks are good. Bring an alternate snack if you are allergic to nuts or don’t like granola bars. Be prepared to hike uphill. Amazing views!!!!!!!! And a few great picture opportunities. My 9 & 12 year old boys loved it! Leave your car keys and valuables in the lock box! If you drop your cars or phones, it’s impossible to recover them.

We had an amazing time, and absolutely loved this, but just to be prepared there is some hiking involved to get to the different lines. CJ was an amazing host/guide and kept us all entertained. (Give them a raise they deserve it) 😁 They did provide us with water and a snack as well. The views are amazing.

Absolutely fantastic ride!! We prebooked this for a family of 4 adults. Our guides CJ & Sive were great, we couldn’t have asked for a more fun set of guides. The multiple runs are very good & the scenery is fantastic. The only thing I wish I would have done in advance is also booked a 4 wheeler tour for after the zip line. If you’re on Kauai & have the time this is a must do excursion!!!

I booked this adventure on Viator and was very happy I did. From the beginning, the adventure team was very organized and executed on arrival and throughout the experience. Maka, the female team lead, was amazing and communicated and encouraged each of the participants throughout each line. It was a great experience for both my husband and I. In fact, our favorite excursion this week. The team was great and at no time did I feel like the adventure was going sideways. We would definitely do this adventure again without hesitation. We've done many zipline tours and this is second to our Whistler zipline experience which was on another level but was equally enjoyable.
