No expectant mothers.
Not recommended for individuals who have or have had back problems, recent injuries or surgeries, or suffer from severe motion sickness (no refunds are given for sea sickness). Seasickness is best prevented with an over the counter remedy.
This is an adventure. Ocean conditions can vary and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for some folks (all physically challenged individuals are subject to Captain’s discretion).
If you do not have your prescribed medication with you, i.e. Inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication and/or any other medications taken daily, you must reschedule your tour for another day.
All tour routes and destinations are subject to change without notice. Ocean conditions can and will sometimes turn rough. Snorkeling depends on ocean conditions.
Cancelled tours by Holo Holo Charters are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
“No shows” or any cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
Children must be at least 5 years old
Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
All tours are “Bare-Foot”. Passengers will remove their shoes prior to boarding. Only Orthopedic/Diabetic exceptions will be made at Captain’s direction.
You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket, and camera. We will provide everything else.
Spray-on/aerosol sunscreen is a safety hazard and may not be used on board the vessel. We encourage using reef-friendly sunscreens.
No smoking of any kind on board the vessel or on the dock.
We do not land on shore.

Do not park at the harbor or pier. Please use Holo Holo parking lot only or your car will be towed.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Drones/unmanned aircraft are not allowed on board the vessel.
Our vessels are equipped with sensitive marine heads (toilets) that will clog if any foreign objects are flushed. If you flush something other than what your body produces and the toilet paper we provide, you may be responsible for the cost of repair.
Alcohol will be served only after snorkeling. If passenger will be consuming alcoholic beverages an ID will be required on the vessel. No coolers allowed on board.
Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed, guests are required to use traditional two-piece snorkel and mask sets that are provided by us or they may bring their own.
Guests are required to complete a digital health waiver as well as a COVID-19 health screening prior to proceeding on tour.
As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.

Beautiful scenery! That’s why we scheduled this excursion. Bonus: Dolphins, Whales doing back flips out of the water. Crew so attentive. Captain interacts with passengers. A+++! Organized no delays in getting us snorkeling, feeding us, bringing us anything to drink. If you love to snorkel, don’t skip it because it is slightly cool at 7:30 am.

The whole thing was an adventure - choppy seas, so getting around the boat was a fun challenge. Several seasick passengers, so there's that... Saw spinner & bottle-nose dolphins by the hundreds, plus humpback whales. Na Pali was awesome, of course, although the snorkeling there wasn't that great (too deep and too choppy). My only recommendation would be better snorkel gear - not the greatest. The food was pretty amazing, considering the circumstances. Great breakfast and great lunch. All personnel were awesome - professional, friendly and informative.

Captain Kelly and her crew did an excellent job hosting and sailing our charter trip, super friendly, accommodating, and had great island knowledge to share. The sceneries were STUNNING, really no words to describe!! Captain Kelly stopped for dolphin watching, stopped at the waterfalls and cave. We were lucky to experience some sailing.

The staff and Captain Max was awesome. Unfortunately, there was less than preferred conditions, so we weren’t able to snorkel as much as we’d like. Safety first though! Meals and drinks were excellent. Zoey was so sweet and generous with providing us recommendations for the island and we hit almost every one. Would definitely book with them again.

Eco Adventure!

It took me hours of reading and researching which company to tour with to see the Na Pali Coast and I ended up choosing Holo Holo Charters for their sustainability efforts and unique catamaran, Leila (complete with waterslide), plus breakfast, lunch and complimentary alcohol (after snorkeling). The crew treated everyone as friends and also made sure that we all were safe. A few people hadn't snorkeled before so Zoe was in the water with them to give tips and would reassure them they were doing great and felt comfortable - it was super sweet to see such kindness and compassion. And Captain Kelly is a rockstar with how she navigated the choppy waters and entertained us with her humor, stories and professional hosing skills (haha she sprays down the waterslide when you go down it). After snorkeling (only one stop for about 45 minutes), you'll see a few waterfalls, caves, and stop for photos where the crew offers to take them for you (no selfies needed). It does sound cliche, but this truly is one of those trips of a lifetime that so many people only dream of seeing. Life is about experiences and this one will stay with you forever.

It was fun to sit in the bow and get wet from the spray, while others had room to sit in the more protected cabin. I appreciated that the staff trusted us to move around the boat as we wished, always holding on with care. Captain and staff were great!

My family and I loved snorkeling with the turtles! We saw a few dolphins on the way! We also loved the food and beverages they provided. They were very prepared with all snacks and food. It was a beautiful day to be sailing! We would definitely do this again!
