1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions can vary and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for some folks (all physically challenged individuals are subject to captain's discretion).

4. Children must be 5 years or older.
5. All tour routes and destinations are subject to change without notice. Ocean conditions can and will sometimes turn rough. Snorkeling depends on ocean conditions.
6. Cancelled tours by Holo Holo Charters are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
7. "No shows" or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

11. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
12. Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed; guests are required to use traditional two-piece snorkel and mask sets.
13. If you do not have your prescribed medication with you, i.e. Inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication and/or any other daily medications, you must reschedule your tour for another day.

14. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
15. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
16. All tours are "Bare-Foot". Passengers will remove their shoes prior to boarding. Only orthopedic/diabetic exceptions will be made at captain's direction.
17. In accordance with our liquor license, guests may not bring their own alcohol and IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol will be served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
18. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft allowed on-board.
19. Spray-on sunscreen is a safety hazard and may not be used on-board the vessel. We encourage using reef-friendly sunscreens.
20. Our vessels are equipped with sensitive marine heads (toilets) that clog easily. Do not flush anything other than what your body produces and the toilet paper we provide.
21. Please use Holo Holo parking lot only or your car will be towed.
As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.

What an amazing afternoon/evening sailing to the Na’pali coast. The crew - Kylie, Jessica, and captain Max - were fun, friendly, accommodating, and super knowledgeable. The food was wonderful and you always had a drink in your hand if you wanted one. What an unforgettable experience for my husband and me. I would recommend this activity to any Kauai visitors!

It was a fun, beautiful way to spend the evening. Check in was simple, there's a short walk to the pier, a few safety talks, and away you go! Crew members were fantastic, attentive and informative. The captain let us know when the ride would be bumpy or wet. Food was delicious. You will get wet! Bring quick dry clothes and a towel! The coastline was gorgeous. Ample time for pictures. Gorgeous, gorgeous sunset. We loved it!

Amazing if you don't get sick

So much fun. The crew was very attentive and tended to all of our needs. Make sure you take care of your motion sickness, it will kick in if you are susceptible. I don't get sea sick and had a blast. My wife doesn't get sea sick on our lake boat, but got very sick on this. Still an amazing view, crew was funny and so nice.

Amazing cruise hosted by phenomenal staff and crew. The level of service was top notch. Open bar with great food, beautiful places to stop for photos and to just soak up the coastline. The weather was a bit rough at times so be prepared, they can't control the wind and rain, but overall excellent. Have some Dramamine on hand ahead of time and buckle up for an experience of a lifetime.

What a fun day! The boat ride out was magical, We saw flying fish and dolphins. The views were spectacular and the crew was top notch! The girls were so attentive and kept us with a drink at all time and were super friendly and sweet. This was a very special experience. I would not recommend it for someone with a bad back or is weak or fragile. You are going pretty fast at times and you do have to hold on tight if you’re standing.

Sea was rough with remnants of tropical storm, but Captain Mike did a great job of navigating and “reading the room” on when to put up sails and when NOT to. Zoe and Kevin were frankly the best hosts I had on any excursion the whole week. A little crowded, but I thought a good time!!

Awesome Na Pali tour

The weather on the day of our tour was sunny and a little windy. The first 45 minutes of the sail was quite smooth. As we approached the turn to the Na Pali the seas became noticeably more rough. We sat in the front and got very wet which was a lot of fun. As we moved onto Na Pali the ride got even rougher so we moved to the back of the boat and stayed dry. This portion lasted for another 45 minutes and was quite exciting. The views along the Na Pali cliffs were amazing. On the way back the ride was much smoother and they served a very good meal. The staff was great, continually asking what we needed and bringing drinks. They also brought us our food so we didn’t have to stand in line. As a final touch the sunset was beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour and this company.

Great experience. Crew was very attentive and the waters were perfect. Not a lot of moving room around the outside but it wasn't too packed. The dinner was good and the crew knew a lot about the area, so it was basically a tour. We got back just in time, so as soon as the sun was setting we were headed back and were docked before it was dark.
