Best way to see Kauai - private tour!

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with John. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Kauai is absolutely beautiful and he made sure to show us all the highlights of the south and west side of the island. I wish we had an extra day to book the west and north shore with him. A private tour is absolutely the way to go! It was a perfect way to spend the day and learn about the island.

Kauai is a beautiful island to visit. This being our first visit, we were unsure of what to see. This tour highlights the must-see spots. We did this tour on our first day which also helped us to figure out what we wanted to revisit during our stay. The best part was our guide. He was super friendly and knowledgeable on the island, the people, and the culture. Highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour with accommodating guides

My family traveled to Hawaii for the cruise (Pride of America ship) and arranged this tour to view Kauai. John and Elena were great guides and provided a very enjoyable and memorable experience for us. We travelled with a group of 16, ranging from kids (4 years to the elderly) and that was not a problem! It was nice to have this private tour and John and Elena were very accommodating to our schedule and interests. They provided explanations throughout the tour, helped us take photos, and took the time to take us to many different spots (we even had a chance to see seals and sea turtles). They never rushed us and we thought the tour went at a great pace (not always easy working with kids). Overall, my family all agreed this was a great tour and helped make our trip memorable. Great private tour

Our tour guide, John, did a fabulous job. He was very knowledgeable of the history of the area. We never felt rushed. Our guide new exactly where we needed to be for the best photo opportunities. We saw everything except a monk seal. We loved every minute of the tour and would highly recommend it.

John our tour guide was absolutely AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable about the island and all the exciting points of interest. John took his time with us provided light snacks and water and continually asked if there was anything more he could do for us. Viator also made the experience stress free and informed us through email and text who and where our guide will meet us. I would highly recommend Viator (much cheaper than cruise ship excursions) and definitely request John as your guide!

What an absolutely wonderful way to see Kauai! John was a superb local guide. So welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. We got to know the ‘real’ Kauai and see SO much of its stunning beauty close up. We had a full 9 hours of sightseeing. John had plenty of drinks and snacks for the tour and took us to a great place for lunch, and told us to take as long as we needed. John took as many photos of us as we wanted so that was an added bonus too! Also, John called us on our original date and asked us if we would like to rearrange our tour as the weather was going to be wet and he said we wouldn’t get the best views. We are so grateful he was so thoughtful and accommodating. We can’t recommend this tour highly enough. If you’re not sure BOOK IT!
