Pickup details

Please meet us inside the Berth 2 Visitors center to check in 30 minutes before your tour start time. After checking in, please meet our dock rep at the "ROCK" the Bronze Statues next to the Visitors Center 15 minutes before your tour start time. Our dock rep will be holding an Eagle One logo sign. They will meet you and guide you to the boat.

A gorgeous day, a smaller, comfortable boat & knowledgeable guides made for a great experience! We were able to follow at a respectful distance, a big Humpback for some time. That just made the entire trip for me.

Our tour captain and deckhand were very knowledgeable and very helpful on this trip. He made every effort to make sure we saw the whales and we did. They were amazing. We got back late on our tour so they made sure we had transportation back to the ship. I would use them again if I return to Alaska

Evan and Captain Jesse were excellent guides. They were knowledgeable & entertaining! They treated each guest with respect and understanding. We saw seals, an eagle hatchling, salmon (yes, they were jumping), and we followed along and observed the miraculous feeding of a young whale- from the spouts, dives, bubble rings, and the most impressive chowing down on all the fish. It was a great day on the water with my niece (a Ketchikan local) & my sister. I highly recommend this group & tour.

Captain Jesse and 1st mate Evan was great! The scenery was beautiful! He tried his best to find whales! We had a few in sight with a tail wave. But they were on the move! Bears, eagles and jumping salmon was seen! We had coffee, hot chocolate and snacks offered! Iwould recommend this excursion to everyone!

Fabulous and memorable trip. The captain and crew were knowledgeable, friendly and fun, and knew just where to take us for maximum whale viewing. We were spellbound as a humpback whale family swam, fished and played around our boat. An experience my family and I will NEVER gorget!! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time with Jesse and Evan. They were happy to answer questions, provide accommodations and show us some great wildlife! Our kids had a great time and enjoyed the snacks, hot chocolate and water. My 6 year old really enjoyed the toy whales in the galley that allowed her to learn about the details of the whales we were seeing. We have been on whale watching ships in the past off the California coast and the water was always so rough that half of us always got sick. This was the calmest, smoothest whale watching that we have ever done. I would highly recommend! Great for kids and adults alike!

Definitely saw whales. A family of 3. Much closer than we expected, and stayed around for about an hour. Waved goodbye to us and breached several times. Great tour. Highly recommend.

My 12yr old daughter and I booked this independent of our cruise line, so glad I did!!! We had a fantastic time! Capt Jesse and Kaylee were great, and informative. We managed to find a momma humpback and her baby, an eagle nest with a tiny little Eaglette and a large group of Seals. The tour was low key and relaxed, I did not get impression we were rushed to see whales, we got to wait and see what the momma was going to do next. Basically just watch her and the baby do their thing. Was a great experience! Highly recommend
