We will pick you up from your accomodation/hotel address or meeting point in the city center of Cracow (alternatively as close as possible of your address) For customers who do not require pickup, the tour begins at one of 5 meeting points to choose from in the city center.

Waste of money

Very dissapointed the guide didn't say a lot at all and when she did she whispered so no one could hear her. Total waste of money i asked questions but got no answers so learnt nothing. Very long wasted dayWe were rushed around as if she was late for something.

Understanding, on a deeper level the dreadful conditions ordinary people had to endure. The inhumanity the nazis were capable of. Seeing all the pictures of the women and men who had died there, was heart wrenching. A sobering and centering experience, a part of history that must never be forgotton.

The concentration camps are a must see experience , with so much human emotion attached, this is an awe inspiring if sad and distressing experience. A Must see visit near Krakow. The downside was that we were very disappointed that we weren't picked up at our hotel and had to make our way separately to a meeting point nearly a mile away !! this is especially so because we booked our hotel specifically because it was one of the meeting/ pick up places and we also booked your tour over other providers and paid more because of the convenience of it being one of the pick up point. we only found out this was changed the day before .

Our guide was very informative, but I found the whole experience rushed, a lot of walking was involved and it should be remembered not everyone can walk at the same speed, especially when some of the ground is by a flat smooth way. This was very evident when at the end of tour we were told there would be a 15 minute refreshment brake, but the 10 minute walk back to the refreshment area wasn’t taken into account. Also pick up and drop off at our hotel was promised yet we were dropped off a kilometre away from our pick up point. We also found the driver very erratic at one point having to brake very hard at a public crossing, I also noted he did not take a direct route ( I used navigation)but kept diverting onto a slower one, I estimate we lost some 20 minutes due to this. All in all a formative guide but a rushed tour.

This made the trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau easy to navigate with less walking for older members of our group. It was very warm when we visited, so it was nice to have a pickup right by the gate. Driver was safe and considerate. We were fortunate to have our tour guide ride along in our van so we could ask additional questions on the return trip to Krakow. A couple recommendations: (1) provide water and an optional lunch. We would have gladly paid extra for a bag lunch and extra water. (2) Our pickup time was pushed back by almost an hour. The email was clear but the app information didn't change. We called to confirm that we weren't going to miss our ride, but it would have reduced our stress a bit if the app was live to show the updated time.

More than 6 months in advance, I booked a 7:00 am tour so that my family could catch a flight out of Krakow at 4:40 pm that day. The afternoon before our tour this company changed my tour to 9:20 AM. No good and viable excuse was given. I had to cancel that entire part of my family’s vacation because the new schedule didn’t work for us. I lost over $1000.00 in unrecoverable costs. Do not book this tour with this company.

The tour operator prominenta Hotel pickup but one day before the change pickuptime and pickup point. When we arrive to Auschwitz we have to Waits one hour for the guide because the touroperator had not the guide of the change of pickuptime. So not so Good communicatoin of the tour operator , Super Krakow

I have very mixed reviews of our trip. When i booked our trip, we paid for one specifically that hotel pick up. We had a text to say the day before that they were profoundly sorry but this couldn't happen. So we had the additional cost of getting to a pick up location (we were 15 min drive out of the centre) I chose this option as my mum was recovering from a double knee replacement. Once we went on the trip it felt very rushed not enough time to read anything at all. Also very difficult for people to keep up which then the headphones kept disconnecting. There was at no point anyone was checked on to make sure they were ok. In the end my mum chose to not follow the group onto the second part at Birkenau as she felt she was holding people up. The information we did get was informative and very knowledgeable however i wouldn't book the trip again.

Transfer didn’t pick us up from the hotel which we paid for including the tour, had to pay to get ourselves to the pick up point, time was changed by an hour then we were dropped off in a different place from the pick up point

We came all the way to Krakow from New Zealand to come visit Auschwitz & Birkenau before heading to the UK & booked tickets months before we left. When we arrived in Krakow & the day finally arrived, we went to the hotel where we were being picked up from at 10am as arranged prior.. We waited & waited but by 10.20 when the coach never arrived, we got the hotel wifi so we could contact the company to see where there were, Only to find out that they had send an email that night to say that they had changed the time for the tour to 9am & from a different pickup location! We phoned them & were told to late now & no more spots available today. Asked if we made our own way there could we use our tickets but they said no!! We were all so very upset & I just cried as this is why we came all this way... very sad for us... The tour company sucks!
