Please note that this tour is not available on: 25th of December, 1st of January, Easter Saturday afternoon, Easter Sunday and March of the Living Day.

Luke was our driver and tour guide, he was friendly and helpful. We first visited Auschwitz 1, then Auschwitz Birkenau, we then had lunch and then went to the Salt Mines. Our tour guide for Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz Birkenau, was very informative and knowledgeable. It was interesting to visit the two camps and learn more about what the people went through. For our lunch we got a cheese salad roll, chicken pasta, wafer bar, apple, a sweet & a bottle of water, the lunch was really nice. The Salt Mines were interesting. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Auschwitz tour was very impactful and memorable though moved at a fast pace, so it's helpful to read up beforehand as you'll be able to connect more with what you see. The Salt Mine is amazing and quite impressive.

Visiting Auschwitz/Birkenau was a memorable and touching experience. Knowledgeable and passionate tour guide was very good. Salt mines were amazing--unforgettable. Only issue was that the shuttle bus seats were extremely tight and cramped-worse than any economy airplane seats. Tours themselves, tour guides and bus driver were all very good.

Excellent day. Picked up on time, host was friendly and the day was well organised. It is a long day with a lot of walking. Guided tour for each part was very well explained and guides were approachable for questions. Lunch was after Birkenau and was lovely. Included chicken pasta, ham, cheese and salad sandwich, apple, chocolate bar, a mint and a bottle of water. Vegan/veggie options were available. We were picked up around 6.45 am and arrived back for our hotel drop off around 6pm. Got a text the day before with our pick up time too

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable in Auschwiz. And also very respectful. Giving us great historical info while maintaining respect for the victims. The guide in the salt mine portion was great as well. Sense of humor (which was nice after the somber experience in auschwitz) was appreciated. Beautiful mine and very interesting. Between the two there was A LOT of walking and stairs down. Worth the effort

A fantastic way to do both tours in one day if you are short on time! I cannot fault the experience at all. An 8 person van took us to both tours, and the driver Mika was fantastic. Auschwitz was harrowing as expected, but the guide was just brilliant and so informative and respectful. Definitely enough time to understand and appreciate the severity of the history. The lunch was a packed lunch and given to you between tours. It included a sandwhich, pasta salad, apple and chocolate. More than you could need! The salt mines are fantastic and definitely worth doing. A lot of walking but not hard at all. Very easy and doable pace. The driver dropped us as requested where we wished in the city. This tour was more expensive than others but it was seamless and absolutely worth every penny!

We were picked up promptly at our Hotel and went to Auschwitz where we were given a tour of both 1 and 11 Birkenau. Very informative and respectful. Such a touching place to visit. After we had lunch that was OK nothing special. On to Salt Mines and that was another super tour. Overall the trip was super well organised and even tho we had a schedule, we did not feel rushed at all. We got dropped back to our hotel. It was a long day and a bit pricy but it was good to get both done in one day. Tomas was our driver and he was excellent.

Good planing and great driver with good info how everything will work. The tour guide was good to explain. Be warned that is long walking distance in the salt mine and the Birkenau. A short movie about the salt mine would be nice to see during the trip to the mine.

What can I say about this? Well from pick up at our hotel to the end of the day where we were dropped back at the hotel was just a fantastic and flawless day. Both the guides at Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines (both called Anna) were really knowledgeable about their subject matter and very approachable regarding answering any questions anyone might’ve had. Our driver (Tomasz) was just brilliant and got all of us to our destinations on time and was also very friendly and approachable. I just can’t recommend this trip enough. You must do it! Excellent experience all round and well worth the money.

Auschwitz and Birkenhau a lot of walking. Guide did not know enough about Salt Mine to advise on lift etc. so my husband missed this experience. He could have done this had it not been for misinformation from tour guide.

Well organized day trip that you should book if staying in Krakow. Nice driver and guides. We had a pick up in front of hotel at 06:50am, an finish trip around 06:00pm. Driver provide us a tickets for entrances. Lunch box was ok and we got it around 12:30pm. Best thing is that Aushwitz and salt mine are on different directions from Krakow and you don't have to think about public transport and changing lines and how to get there, just to enjoy and sleep in van, which has AC.

Where to start, this is an exceptional tour I would highly recommend. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to Auschwitz where we met our guide who was excellent. We walked through Auschwitz at a good pace and our guide explained everything in clear detail with a lot of respect. From there we went to Birkenau and saw and heard about the conditions there. We were then given a delicious lunch. Our last stop was the salt mine which was very interesting. Our guide very good also. It is a heavy day which you need to be prepared for but well worth doing

We cannot recommend this trip enough! We received a text the night before and on the morning of our trip. Bus was punctual and comfortable. The guides at both the camps and Salt mines were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The lunch was more than we expected and tasty. Overall 10/10 on all aspects
