Depending on the location, the time may change by about 20 minutes. Your driver will inform you or the reception about the exact pickup time around 8:30 PM on the day before departure. You can wait outside or in the hotel lobby. The driver will come by minivan. If there is no your hotel on the list, please write it in additional imformations or send us private message. The man maketh the tour and Marek is the only man for the job! Marek was a generous host full of knowledge about his urban surroundings, I highly recommend him and the shooting range, all the instructors were excellent, it was definitely one of the best parts of our trip!

Amazing experience

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Pawel was our driver, his communication was faultless, picked us up on time and communicated a slight change in plan. Friendly group on the tour with us. The staff at the range were fun and made it a fun experience and took pictures for us all which was great. Very patient but up for a laugh also. Spoke great English which was helpful for us. We did the 75 rounds option and loved it! As two females we can say we did not feel intimidated at all. When we finished, Pawel greeted us all with a Polish beer as ‘everyone is a winner here’ and we chatted for a while before all heading back! He then sent us all details of local recommendations for places to visit/eat. Highly recommend - top experience and top tour guide, thank you so much!

Great experience, Pewal the driver contacted me the evening before with time of collection, explained how the experience would work, was on time on collection and dropped us off to the airport on the way back. Thanks Adam for setting the tour up. The experience itself was amazing.

Was really looking forward to this. The lady who picked up us was great. I thought we would familiarise ourselves with each rifle and proceed to enjoy shooting them . The instructor was rude and very abrupt and had no patience with anyone. We were told the bare minimum and no more We basically emptied the guns as quickly as possible and moved onto the next person. It took longer to get there than it took to shoot. At the end he asked who wanted to buy more bullets and spend more time shooting not surprising Not a single person said yes.

Such a fantastic experience was so enjoyed by us all . Great communication was given for pick up outside our apartment . Lovely and helpful driver . All of us have never used a gun before apart from an “ Nerf gun) 🤣 Excellent health and safety rules with clear instructions! The instructors were friendly and made you feel at ease which calmed the first anxieties! At the end there was time for photos ! A well needed can of beer was given I would definitely recommend this activity to everyone and so glad we chose it with this tour company

Worth the cost!

So much fun! Our driver Margaret was so accommodating and good to chat to on the journey from Krakow. We were late by around an hour due to unforeseen circumstances but the gentlemen at the range were more than understanding. They provided clear and explicit instructions on how to operate the weapons and you get to keep your target sheets.

Marcin our driver was right on time outside our hotel to pick us up and even rang us before hand. Lovely drive to the range. The instructor was to the point and very helpful as we never done this before. We got to keep the targets which was a good touch. A beer after wards with the group in the sunshine and a lovely drive back. Marcin dropped us to the main square as we requested. Defently a great activity to do and everything went smoothly!

Disappointing, overpriced, incompetent, dishonest

Waiting 90 minutes for the pick up. Seemingly made up story about having a puncture and having to wait for a new vehicle rather than a 20 minute delay yo change the tyre. Driver was going too fast at times, c90mph in order to overtake because he was behind. Safety briefing too short. Rushed from one gun to the next like a factory conveyor belt. All because they were late initially. Certainly would not recommend. Very disappointed having spent £232 for myself and my son to shoot 100 bullets. NOT value for money. .357 Magnum advertised but it wasn’t a Magnum, pale imitation only. Substitute weapons, poor quality and contravention of their advertising. Couldn’t wait to get shot of us. No issues with Viator but plenty with everything else. They should refund money but obviously they won’t. Suggest you look at some of the other ranges. Appreciate this review does not accord with a lot of the others but it was our experience!
