The tour was pre-booked via Viator which I must say is a very easy platform to use.

Visited Schindlers factory as we were in Poland for 4 days and wanted to see as much as we could, was a great history lesson with the guided tour, very inexpensive to.

Our guide for the tour was amazing - she was very informative and delivered the tour through personal headsets so we could hear everything she said without background noise distracting us. She also got us through the museum at a good pace without having to wait in queues or getting stuck behind other groups. Highly recommend!

The camps were a remembrance of the horrific Holocaust. The tour guide was excellent! I was with my Jewish boyfriend that always wanted to pay tribute to the victims.

Very good tour very interesting and informative. Only criticism is that other groups are in at same time and kept criscrossing us ,so was hard to concentrate on guide speaking . We had a group of young lads whooping and shouting past us for some reason..... good tour otherwise

The whole experience was amazing and very moving. It was far more that I expected. Our guide was vey knowledgeable and passionate about not only the Schindler story but she also told us about other brave people who had helped people escape the Holocaust. She really brought the story to life for our group.

Tour was rushed.. it wa noisy from other tours next to us so hard to hear our guide.We wanted to look at the artifacts but we were rushed to the next bit and we weren’t allowed to go back through. Also 2 unpaying visitors jumped in on our tour which I thought was unfair as we had paid. Would recommend this museum but only to go without a guide at my own pace

Informative tour by an experienced guide. Not so much about Schindler more about the history of WW2 in Krakow. Was hoping the factory had been preserved but sadly not, the building has been repurposed. All in all a good tour.

We hoped to learn about the factory and Schindlers part in the story. The themed tour was the admin block only, mocked up to look like wartime, with only general info on the towns WWII history. Much too hot inside tour too., no ventilation.

The tour company was great, and took good care of us. We really enjoyed the guide, especially her personal perspectives and stories. I'm happy we did a guided tour, I would like to go again on my own so there is more time to read all the displays (and I think having the guided tour first would help with that). There were only 8 in our group, I would not have wanted a larger group as the museum spaces are not large. The ear buds are not comfortable, so bringing your own would be advisable for the audio sets.

The the most important thing to know going in though is that this tour is not about Oskar Schindler or his factory. (Which I did not know going in.) Yes, he is mentioned a few times, but the museum is really about the overall impact of WWII. It’s very good and helpful context for understanding the history of the city; but it seems that the museum is using the location and name as more of a hook to get people there than to describe what the museum actually covers. That being said, I really enjoyed the museum and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.
