Very friendly driver and tour guide. Tour guide gave lots of interesting and helpful information. I was pleasantly surprised the tour stopped at the beautiful town and hill slope for 2-3 hours as part of it. The “spa/ thermal pools” is more like a traditional swimming pool but was still highly enjoyable. Overall 5/5 experience

Great day trip

Started off with an 8.45 pickup and the hosts were on time. The hosts were friendly and approachable throughout and provided great customer service. We had a quick stop on the way to our first destination which was where we had grilled cheeses and plenty of vodka shots! After this we had a drive through a very scenic village to Zakopane which was amazing. The views at the top of the cable cart were fantastic and there is plenty of food/drink/souvenir shops at the top and bottom of the view point. After this we had a short drive to the spa which has lots of swimming pools both outdoor and in. A very relaxing way to end the day! The trip was very we organised and the hosts were super friendly and explained different points of the trip as we drove along. Would recommend this

A hidden gem

Zakopane was the highlight of my trip to Krakow, a hidden gem. Views at the top after travelling by funicular were stunning and plenty of places to eat and drink to enjoy the views. Tour was well organised with plenty of comfort stops along the way. Our tour guide for the day was Tomek and he made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of information on the places we visited. First stop was at a highlander hut where we got to taste some highlander smoked cheese and vodka shots. Second stop was zakopane and then onto thermal baths. Thermal baths was a lovely experience, each guest is given a wristband and this gives you access to locker and also acts as an account if you purchase from the restaurant. At the end of your visit you settle your account with reception desk.

I loved tge stop at the small village if wooden houses and the woodcarving. Also loved the old Shepherd's hut with tge grilled cheese and brandy. We had alot of fun withPawel and our driver. The pool experience was refreshing.

The tour was great. Our Tour Guide Gosia (Margaret) was very friendly and explained each part of the tour. Thr Cheese and Wodka tasting was gorgeous & we loved the ride up the funicular. The Polish Spa baths are not the same as islandic spa baths however was still a great experience. It would be good to have a toilet stop on the way home however I am sure if we asked Godia would be happy to.

Pick up smooth, tour guide informative and friendly, stop offs great especially the cheese part 😀 railway up mountain fantastic and time spent there great. Highlight definitely the spa hotel just wish it was longer. There was a crossiant and bottle of water on our seat on our return to the bus which was a lovely surprise. All in all a great day out.

Had an amazing day here our driver was absolutely brilliant the group was fantastic too. Definitely worth a trip we visited a cheese farm where we had goats cheese and vodka the cheese was out of this world and the flavoured vodka was delicious. We had a cable car ride up the mountains where the views were outstanding. Then we went off to the thermal baths they were beautiful but would be better if it was longer at the baths but overall it was brilliant

We had an amazing day from start to finish and our tour guide Monika was the best. Visited the Shepherd Hut for some smoked cheese and shot. Then onto the beautiful views of Zakopane. The thermal baths were good all be it rather busy but to be expected as it was the school holidays. Monika is an asset to the company and would recommend this trip

Our driver Mido was punctual, courteous, polite and very friendly. He made our long drive very easy with his knowledge and information given about the local areas. Find another tour company for this tour; shocking experience

Ultimate disappointment on this trip. Driver forgot to pick me up! Driver not reachable by phone! miscommunication issues with driver and company; took the company one hour to tell me the real story and kept me waiting in the lobby. First time this happens to me as a frequent traveler. All in all was not able to see Zakopane during this trip.
