You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Fantastic zip line adventure!

This was a fantastic adventure! My sister and I booked the seven zip lines and it was the perfect amount of time for us. All of the guides were incredibly kind and made an effort to get to know us. They also make security a top priority and we felt nothing but safe the entire time. Highly recommend this group!

The pick up was timely and convenient. All the staff at zip line venue was very amiable, nice funny and accommodating. The training video and verbal was sufficient for the event. Staff answered my questions, made me feel safe and secure, were available when I needed them.

Incredible experience! Highly recommend if you love to add adventure to your sight seeing. The views were amazing. Definitely don’t recommend for anyone scared of heights.

Fun Ziplines, Rude Staff

Overall this zip line company was pretty good. The zip lines themselves are very fun and some are quite long and high up which is thrilling. The staff operating the zip lines, however, were hit or miss. Most of them were pretty rude and clearly did not want to be there. There were a few great ones that helped keep everyone excited but the others would get quite frustrated and aggressive while telling you how to avoid coming to a stop before the end of the line which I understand can be frustrating but it could have been communicated way better. Price is decent compared to the other companies. LOTS of waiting around for each line. Equipment was pretty gross and smelly but it’s hot and humid so I can get that. I’d recommend but be aware of fairly rude staff.

Great for the whole family, including grandma! When we arrived, they said kids had to be at least 7, which wasn’t in the description. This company offers a few different packages, one which has 12 zip lines. If we do it again, we’ll definitely go for more next time!

Adrenaline-pumping adventure

My travel partner was definitely scared at first but the tour operators were so patient with her and made her feel comfortable by the second zipline. The ziplines were so exciting and passed through some of the most beautiful scenery, including La Fortuna waterfall! We felt a little rushed going through the ziplines but overall had such a great time.

Wow! So nice of one of the guides to “taxi” my wife on all of the lines! First time for her and that can be a challenge by itself. Amazing scenery of the waterfall and mountains. Good pre-flight briefing at canopy school. Friendly staff.

Extremely safe, well run facility! Honestly it you can get over your fears of heights right at the start(the first line is at the top of a giant tower with metal grate flooring-fyi)-you’ll have an amazing time! Make sure you open your eyes when you’re on the lines!
