Too long, did not want a walking tour, when dropped off there were no taxi's and it took us over an hour to get one.

Worst Tour

This is the worst tour I have been on arranged by Viator. We were based in Como so thought that a guided tour of Como and a boat trip to Bellagio would be a good start to our holiday. The start of the tour was at 10:00 am from the meeting point in Piazza Roma. In fact the guide decided to set off at 9:45. It was only by accident that we met the group on our way to the meeting point. If we had gone another route we would have missed them completely and been left standing at the meeting point. The tour of Como was minimal - only about 20 minutes. We did not even visit the main square Piazza Volta. The guide appeared to be in a hurry to be elsewhere. The wireless transmitter were not very effective and we could only hear intermittently what the guide was saying. The boat was full by the time we got on and there were no seats on the deck with the guide so again the reception from the wireless transmitter was very poor. We arrived at Bellagio at 2:30 and we were told that since we were the only ones on the tour from Como that we would need to get the return boat at 3:55. The others in group had until 4:30. By the time we had finished lunch this gave us about half an hour to see Bellagio. The whole tour was a real let down. Not worth the cost.

Not worth the money

I paid over $150 for this tour, a total rip off. If you are catching the tour from Milan then you could explain the cost but seriously rubbish. I met the tour group in lake Como. The tour guides Danielle very nice and lovely but you can do this on your own. Catch train to como s giovani €4.80, and return boat to Bellagio was €22.

Not a tour, guide did not guide us through the town centre of Como and once on the ferry the information was minimal after almost not getting onto the ferry. On arrival at Bellagio the tour guide again did not guide. Overall could have paid for the ferry tickets and would have had the same experience and saved myself £70!

Not Worth the Money

The largest problem we and everyone else on the tour had was that the wireless transmitter the guide was using did not work. She claimed she had no way of fixing the problem. As such most of us heard less than 25% of what the guide was saying making the tour essentially useless.

Muy mal organizado. Llegamos a la hora exacta al lugar indicado y nos dicen que ya se fueron. Para lo que da este Tour solo se pierde el tiempo. Mejor, más barato es hacerlo solos sin este Tour.

Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette excursion grosse arnaque epaie très cher pour prendre le bateau, faire le tour du lac alors que nous pouvons prendre notre billet qui coûte 24,50 € par personne au lieu de payer 49 €

El crucero, la organización y todo en general MUY MAL, mucha gente en barco, impedía ver las vistas durante crucero, la guía en español, no es español, es hispano americano. Al no comprar paquete completo nos dejaron solos y tuvimos que buscarnos la manera de volver. Conclusión: de 0 a 10 le ponemos un 1. Lastima dinero gastado: 118€ mas 8,80 por volvernos antes

Pour commencer 25 minutes de retard de la guide sans être prévenus. Visite de Côme rapide. Attente de 40 minutes dans le bateau avant de partir et impossibilité de choisir ses places car le bateau était bondé.Arrivée tardive à Bellagio. La guide nous remet des horaires pour rentrer à Come en « rapido » (bateaux rapides) en payant un supplément, malheureusement il est impossible de prendre ses bateaux , et l’organisation était catastrophique!!

Le point de rencontre n'est aucunement signalé par une affiche. Le guide est arrivé 45 minutes en retard, il nous a donné quelques indications pour visiter Côme et nous a laissé seul. Le guide nous a prêté des écouteurs qui fonctionnaient très mal.Encore quelques indications pour visiter Bellagio.
