Not sure how I forgot to provide a review of this absolutely fantastic experience. We arrived at we're met by the staff who are the sweetest hosts with great sense of humors. We took a taxi from Como, if you take the ferry you have arduous walk ahead of you but you'll make it. The entire party was American couples, some of you may roll your eyes at that, but it was great. Everyone there was nice, funny, motivated and ready to have fun. You make wo types of pasta and it's great. Once complete you have cocktails and wine in the garden, then your efforts are presented to you. After you smash the pasta its time for espresso and dessert. Overall a beautiful experience. 😍

Definitely a highlight of our trip. I took the class twice with different groups and both classes were fantastic! Paulo, our instructor was awesome, a great teacher plus very charming. After we made two types of pasta, we enjoyed our lunch outdoors in a beautiful setting. Everyone in both of my groups enjoyed the class - great value for a delightful afternoon!

This was one of the highlights of our trip!! The views were incredible and the experience and pasta were equally amazing!! Paolo (owner of the hotel, chef and sommelier) was truly the most wonderful to spend time with and we feel like we learned something we can take home with us. We had the best time with Paolo who taught us how to make tagliatelle and orecchiette pasta! The staff put in so much effort to make our night special and even had one member take photos and videos of the entire class! Special thanks to everyone for the most delicious pasta served (as one of our members who attended the class says is the best pasta she has eaten in her 20 years of life haha) and the best time!

My wife and two friends of ours had the pleasure of taking this wonderful cooking class with Paolo and Sara in Menaggio. They made us feel so welcome and at home right away by making us delicious cappuccinos upon arrival. The class itself was very fun and educational, Paolo know so much about authentic Italian cooking and shares his mother's techniques, and his, while teaching you to make two different types of pasta. The class ended with us all enjoying our home-cooked meal together, sharing good conversation, mouth watering pasta all while admiring the gorgeous Lake Como view. Paolo's own Basil Pesto sauce was the best we all had ever tasted. I highly recommend you book this Italian cooking class with Sara and Paolo.
