Between the warm welcome by Beatriz and the wonderful array ingredients and specialities, we made two pasta dishes, ravioli and tagliatelle. Both would have fit the requirements of a vegetarian diet and both very simple to make. Beatriz made it easy to follow her instructions and go away feeling you too can be an Italian cook! .

Beatrice is an amazing chef and she taught us how to bring simple ingredients together to make wonderful, authentic Italian dishes. This was one of our favorite activities during our stay at Lake Como.
