Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Lake Tahoe Cycling Adventure

The self-guided bike trip was amazing. The east shore trail allowed us to enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe. We were able to park the bikes and hike to the shoreline at several points along the trail. I highly recommend this trip!

What a great way to explore the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Well organized at the bike shop. Brian did an excellent job explaining the bikes and the options to explore on the trail. We only did a 4 hr ride which was great for us. FunStopped for a little lunch at Tunnel Creek Cafe then explored the Monkey Rock trail, mostly on our bikes but walked the last little bit. 10 out of 10 experience for us!

Easy check-in and Friendly staff. The bikes are easy to use and make the trail very easy to ride. My 72 year old mother was able to do it with no problems. The views are amazing

Such a perfect way to see the beauty of Lake Tahoe! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bikes were in good condition. Four hours is a perfect amount of time to go at your own pace and make multiple stops along the trail to appreciate the beauty and take lots of pictures.

A great way to to get in some beautiful views of Tahoe! Half-day was plenty if you aren't making any beach swims, otherwise you'd want more time. The e-bike will make you never want to back to a regular bike ever again. Would definitely do this again!

Great ride along the east coastline. Only complaint is that it’s a rather short distance on electric bikes. It would have been nice to be able to travel farther.

Sorry Kevin. We should have also highlighted that alternate add on route so that could have added another 4 miles. Also they are adding 6 more miles past Sand Harbor but it will be a couple more years till completion. Glad you still had a nice time.
