Great tour to Yosemite NP!!! Our guide, “Snowshoe” John, made it an incredible experience. John’s knowledge of Yosemite is immense! He pointed out many details of the area landscape both to and from Yosemite, and at YNP! He also used videos to enhance our experience. This is a must do, fascinating experience. Frustrating experience

Operator canceled tour less than 24 hrs. Before the tour was to take place. Wasted my time and money, flight/hotel for this excursion.

We understand the frustration and were very regretful and apologetic to cancel this tour in such a short notice. Our driver/guide came down with Covid the day before. We used to have back up staff but the pandemic forced them to move elsewhere. We're in the process of training drivers / guides to step in next time.

It was certainly a long day but we'll worth it. We had a small group of 11 people and it was perfect. Snowshoe John was professional and extremely knowledgeable with the entire park and it's hidden gems. We would highly recommend this trip. John was so flexible with both photo stops as well as restroom stops. He provided a light breakfast and thoughtful lunch. All in all he was a pleasure. You will love this tour.

Our tour guide was ‘the best’. Number one he was a safe driver. Number two he was so interesting and knowledgeable. Periodically he would play informative tapes on Yosemite park that were very interesting. Number three he kept the tour on schedule. Number four he personally prepared a lunch for us, all healthy food and all delicious. You could tell he was into cooking. Number five he was very kind and made sure everyone was comfortable. Number six he went way and above on what he had to do. Also someone had left a wine glass on the bus from a previous tour and he was making a special trip to Harvey’s to return to owner and that woukd have been a huge hassle with the traffic and parking. I can’t really say enough good things about the tour or guide. His ski name was snow something!!!!!! Terrible I didn’t catch it the entire day; was too busy taking every second in!!

Snowshoe John was an excellent guide on this trip. He is very experienced and friendly answering countless questions from his personal experience. He made me feel very comfortable then entire trip. I would take another trip with him as a guide without question. It was a great experience made only better by him. I also enjoyed the lunch we had in the park. It was refreshing to have real hand-prepared food on the trip and not just cold sandwiches. It was unfortunate that smoke from the Dixie fire affected some of our views, but we were lucky and still had so many great and memorable views and experiences that it barely diminished the experience. I hope these tours continue as what they offer is extremely valuable. We even saw videos along the trip that helped show us more about what to expect as well as interesting history related to our trip.

What a fantastic day we had with Snowshoe John on 6-24-21. Our group of 6 was picked up at 5:30 in Tahoe and the drive to Yosemite went so fast bc John gave us so much information on the drive. He was an encyclopedia on this area. We made a breakfast/coffee stop and John provided us with a light buffet. Then, on to Yosemite where we made frequent stops with restrooms and time to walk around and take photos. The scenery was incredible and John constantly fed us information. We had a delicious picnic lunch in a gorgeous spot with picnic tables. We had about an hour to wander and eat. Then we headed down to Yosemite Valley where we saw all the big attractions and they were amazing. We loved it all. It was HOT down in the valley but when we headed back up the clouds filled in and cooled us down quickly. A few more stops and explorations and we headed back to Lake Tahoe. We stopped at the same place where we had breakfast. They have lots of souvenirs and excellent food and almost everyone ordered some dinner. It was a great break. Got back to Tahoe about 8:00 exhausted but so very happy! It was worth every penny and I recommend this to everyone. Snowshoe John was so great, he made the tour extra special.
