      We always start off at a hotel on the strip. Which hotel we start at depends on the best pool lineup of the day that we can put together for our guests. We do this based off the top hip hop artists and dj's in town that weekend.

        The reason there are no refunds are due to the horrible service they give you. First place we went to the drinks were were $50 per cocktail. We originally were supposed to do the pool crawl but planes came in too late and the person on the phone said they didn’t care about the rest of my party with no regard that was my family. The lady we met at Caesar’s was short with us and nobody showed up for the rest of the party at 12AM. Don’t waste your money, I’d rather waste my time doing a timeshare presentation. This is a scam

        Well they called day before to cancel pool crawl and was only offering days when I will be gone. Then schedule me for bar crawl which wasn’t what I wanted. I asked for refund and the guy was smart and hung up in my face. I wouldn’t recommend again and want my refund.

        My friends (11 of us total) and I are locals. We thought it’ll be fun to take a party bus to two different pools. We only went to one. The lady told us it was because Plies was performing at 1:45 and we would’ve missed his performance. Which was untrue Plies didn’t come on until around 6. We could’ve driven ourselves to daylight. We were supposed to spend a hr on the bus but didn’t. So we had to throw the alcohol we brought away. We felt cheated.

        It wasn’t what I thought. We literally paid $50 for a ride to Mandalay Bay. I thought we were going to multiple pool parties. The host was AMAZING. I totally forgot her name though.

        For starters, the communication was HORRIBLE. I kept having to contact the host over and over before finally getting a response in regards to which hotel to meet up at. Upon getting to the 1st pool Party we learned to even get a seat/table it would have to be reserved($1000) everything was overpriced to just be there a short time. The partv bus was cool, music on point, drinks good. Just over crowded and wasn't on there long. Last stop last pool party..pretty much the same. No place to sit for drinks/food way over priced. Best part was the performance. Normally Celebrity. I guess for the price..overall it was average.

        Horrible horrible experience. We got scammed. Called, emailed, texted the host and still no response. It was horrible. Do not recommend.

        Awful customer service, no communication about the location and times of the event. Called, texted and emailed multiple times to try and get information and did not receive a call until 12pm - when our event was supposed to start. We booked a 12-4pm pool crawl and ended up going to the strip based off of a location on the website that we thought would be a good guess to try and find this party bus. Whoever we spoke to was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He said that the pool crawl ended last weekend and acted as if it was common sense for us to know that. WHY were we allowed to book something that didn’t even exist anymore??? He said we’re going to the club crawl at night now and that’s not what we wanted or what we paid for. Of course we couldn’t get refund either even though our plans were changed without our knowledge and because of this change we were unable to go at all and lost out on all our money. This was false advertisement and a total scam. Waste of time and money. Overall a really terrible experience. Never again. Do not book with this company it’s trash!!!

        All bad! It started by trying to message the tour company about some questions we had about our tickets. For 2 days we got no response. We then showed up to the bar we were to meet at, which was extremely confusing to find. We asked around enough that we found it. As we checked in, we began asking specific questions to our guide about our pool crawl. We were told that it was instead a 2 hour bus ride to the Las Vegas sign, followed by a "potty break" and then culminating with dropping us off at 1 pool. Our "crawl" never happened. When we found out the itinerary we told the guide we were out. 1 pool and a 2 hour bus ride was NOT what we signed up for! Total joke.

        They so unprofessional and never showed up I would have zero 🌟. Then when I try to get my refund back they only paid me half. Don't buy waste of money.

        Tee was amazing!!!!!! We rode in a different bus at first with a really cute guy with a cute beard who was our 1st host. they had plenty of liquor and the pool party was lit!!! Fun fun fun

        No Air conditioning on the bus, couldn't get in a party because I had my iPad like no one wants to take pics. the people at the venue had horrible attitudes

        Loved the party bus A little disappointed about the pool party i though we would at least hit 2 pool parties and not just one and the pool we went to was very small for the amount of people. Other than that me and my girlfriends had a wonderful time and met some really cool people the host was amazing, fun and very handsome. Just hope you guys find better venues

        This “Pool Crawl” isn’t a pool crawl at all. We actually only went to 1 POOL located at Sahara in Las Vegas. The music was horrible and no one danced. The pool was full and the bar area ran out of food. There was no “reserved” area for us to sit and all of us had to find a place in the sun to get some kind of comfort. Even more shocking is that we were informed about all of these changes the day before the experience. I had been trying to get all of my information about the experience prior to, that way, I would know where the meeting point was, what pools we would be visiting, etc. I received no answers back from the seller in the week prior in regards to any of my inquiries. I had to reach directly out to Viator with hopes for some kind of a response. Later that afternoon after contacting Viator, I was called by a rep who works for the seller, asking me to cancel my tickets because I didn’t trust the process. I was offended! I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of communication from any seller thus far from Viator. Not to mention, the tickets were non refundable. There was NO WAY for us to cancel the tickets and receive any money back. Yes, you do stop at the MOST EXPENSIVE liquor store in Vegas. Yes, you also stop at the Famous Las Vegas sign to take pictures. However, the line is so long, you wouldn’t want to wait because you’d miss the bus taking you back to The Venetian with the rest of your group! We decided to skip it once we saw the long line. It’s pretty obvious that these people have contracts with all of the places they stop at. Even the liquor store and the meeting point. The only reason why they received a 2 star from me and not 1 is because our group on the party bus were fun people. They really knew how to have a good time and make the best out of things. THATS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS BOGUS “POOL CRAWL.”
