Okay but could be better

The tour was okay but the tour guide was very difficult to understand because his english is not good. I was not able to do the helicopter tour at the Grand Canyon which I really wanted to The antelope canyon was great!

Thanks for your feedback. The guide should have tried his best to serve though his English is not that good as native speakers. And usually for the optional helicopter ride it requires to arrange in advance in the morning. When you asked the guide to arrange it the time is too late to arrange it. And some other guests on the tour did this optional tour as they had requested it earlier. Have a good day.

I visited Las Vegas in October 2019 for a conference. I booked the 2-day upper antelope canyon and Grand Canyon National Park tour 3 weeks before I arrived. I was really excited to take the tour. However, the tour was cancelled the day before I was supposed to go on the tour. This resulted in a frantic search for another tour to the canyon. In the end I could only find a day-tour and also had to find hotel accommodation in Las Vegas for the one night I was supposed to sleep at the canyon. I was fully refunded but because of the exchange rate I lost about $30 on top of all the inconvenience. The entire process left me disappointed.
