There were not enough buses operating and had to wait long periods of time - unlike somewhere like New York where there is a bus every 10-12 mins

You could get on regular bus to see what we seen and downtown need to go out side of city.

Good but had app issues

We had a pretty fun time. The guides were informative and fun and we hit a lot of the big landmarks. My only main problem was that the app was awful at tracking the busses and we would be waiting at the stop for up to 30 minutes waiting for the next bus (they really don’t come around every 35 minutes either like the guide said). I feel it would have been much better if the app worked and I actually knew where the busses were so I could plan accordingly and make the most out of my stops

We got soaked although they provide ponchos . We didn’t know it was going to rain when we booked the tickets. Wish we could have used our tickets today instead as the weather is nicer . Bus finished at 6.. we didn’t join the bus until 3 so we would have like to stay on for longer .. The guides were very informative , we learnt lots .

This is well worth it! You get to see Vegas in a unique way. You get to learn along the way a bit of the history of some of the buildings and sites. We picked different spots to hop-off and walked for a while then hop back on to continue the tour. We'll definitely do it again.

After the 4th stop we actually got off. We couldn’t understand the guide. Apparently he was up stairs and we were below. The speaker was very staticy. And we could hardly hear him. We didn’t enjoy it. Wish we had saved the money and done something else. Definitely not worth the money.

The website says it starts at 10. We walked a mile from our hotel to the closest stop. We arrived about 10 and the first bus didn't arrive until 11. Rode for about 2 stops and got off. After walking that area we realized that we were a mile from the next stop. Walked to the stop and waited about an hour. No bus showed up. Ended up taking a taxi back to hotel. Waste a money.

We boarded at the Linq high roller zone. The guide didn't do the live tour. He was upstairs and when came down he asked were we enjoying the tour I said no. I said we'd like to hear the tour instead of the back and forth talking he was doing. He said sorry it's a lively bunch up there it's vegas...from there he started pointing out land marks as we passed McDonald's strat etc. Then there was the debate which way to LA. No historical commentary at all. We were going to get off at the Mob Museum never even heard the stop mentioned or even where the building was. We've done these tours in other cities and I feel like i walked away with a lot of new knowledge about the city I was in. This store I learned absolutely nothing. Although I now know where McDonald's is...waste of money.

It was great riding around seeing the sights without the worry of driving. Entertaining and educational.

Never got picked back up

Got off at one stop set timer for every 45 mins to ensure we could meet the bus. We waited 2 hours for the bus never to return. Tracked bus on app and it never left the location it was at. Couldn’t finish the experience cause we sat there for two ours waiting on the bus like idiots. Other couples waiting also caught cabs or Ubers after being left for the bus not to return. Waste of money! My advise don’t hop off you may not get picked back up.

Not enough fun facts and interesting trivia, mostly just pointing out how many hotel rooms and where to eat. A little history but not enough fun vegas info. Wasn't worth the money. Ive taken trolley tours in different cities that you walk away feeling like they were awesome. Not this one. Wish I could get my money back and try a different option

Bus was on time and your guide and driver were welcoming. There are not enough stops and would like to have had more history discussing about Las Vegas vs just commercials about BigBus partner's venues or recommendations on places to eat. Frequency of buses and locations of stops not convenient. Bus only goes in one direction...so I'd have to go south to go north at some times.

We had a great time with this tour yesterday though it was really chilly in Vegas. Our tour guide Lindsay was very fun and enthusiastic. She gave us a lot of helpful tips and advice in exploring the city. Ms Crystal, driving the bus, was also very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this for folks who wanted to see most of the downtown and the strip in such a short period of time.
