What an incredible day! The scenery of the entire drive is nothing short of amazing and you go down into the canyon and it’s surreal. Not to be missed! Tim was an excellent guide, provided a lot of information about the area and made sure we reached all of our destinations on time. I highly recommend this trip.

Gave wrong pick up location so I was walking around aimlessly look for Ballys pick up location and the was no sign what I was told to look for. I texted the previous evening what street this was on and got no response. So I called and got no answer and someone called from unknown number and didn’t leave message. So finally got hold of him and he said sorry we already left. So rude

Great tour to lower antelope and horseshoe bend

We visited lower antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. We had a very small group and they were all great to travel with. The drive was long but the driver made enough stops for breaks and snacks. Lunch was subway. Like many have said, we could have ordered our own subway sandwich. We didn't think it would have been that much trouble, especially with a group of 5 to let us customize our sandwich just a little. My biggest concern on this tour was the driver, he was a bit crazy and unsafe at times. Had me on edge the whole day as its a highway drive through the mountains with many twists and turns.

The perfect trip but…

It is the best way to see the antelope canyon and the horseshoe bend from Vegas. The local guide at the canyon was very knowledgeable and helps you take good pictures. You’re only allowed to carry your phone to the canyon. Horseshoe bend was a 1 hour stop and you can explore without a guide. Overall it was a perfect day trip except that the AC in the bus was off for 70% of the times. And when they turned it on it would blast at full so everyone will feel cold.

Jack is very friendly and very welcoming. He also made sure that we get enough bathroom breaks and food/water. He is very knowledgeable about the lower antelope canyon and the horseshoe bend destinations. His vehicle is very clean and comfortable. The lower antelope canyon is magical and the horseshoe bend is awe-inspiring! Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience.

Tim our guide was very proactive in changing Antelope Canyon tour earlier by one hour due to arriving early. Guide here was excellent but we were told the Navajo guide gratuity WAS NOT INCLUDED whereas on the website it stated it was - where is this money paid going??? I tipped and took that amount from Tim’s Gratuity. His Chinese accent was quite strong and not understandable at times but he knew the basics for tour info but told us John Wesley Powell was a general - whereas his rank was Lt Colonel. His history was quite one eyed and not often accurate - I worked as. Guide out here for 15 years. His driving at 80mph in 55 mph zones with only one hand on the wheel and constantly using his phone was a concern. Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend worth the 4 hour drive each direction. Do not agree with guides asking for gratuities and telling clients how much - have never struck this anywhere in the world. Maybe as it’s a Chinese parent company with lower wages that drives this but I found it off putting. I personally would not use this company again because of the cons despite Tim being an ok guide - I would not call him professional. I am a tour director with 45 years experience and used Viator to get me to an area too far to drive - 560 mi in a day is epic!!

Even though it took a 4 hour-drive from Las Vegas, it was well worth the long day.... 4 hours to go back in (with unfortunatly an extra 2 hours stuck on the highway since the van broke....)

I was impressed with a lady driver name Grace. She is petite but drives magnificently. Focus, remarkably calm, follows the traffic rules. Later when we talked to her very polite, pleasant to talk to and funny. On the other hand Tim the guide is very knowledgeable, funny, and very helpful. Both are great teamwork.

Although the ride was 4-1/2 hours long each way, exploring Antelope Canyon was worth it all! The tour guide could have communicated better as to expectations ahead of time. The tour guide ordered lunch in advance and the food was picked up at Subway on the way. For the lunch order, we were given only 2 options- chicken or beef. We didn’t know specifically what the choices were for, if it was for sandwiches, wraps or something else. If he had told us they were for sandwiches at Subway, that information would have helped with the decision process. It would be better if we had more customized options that we could pick from (and perhaps allow us to order online ahead of time). Tour guide gave us chips in the morning before the granola bars. He should have explained that the chips were for us to keep for lunch. I also wanted to compliment the driver, as she was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience. Just need to work on the communication part a bit better.

The beauty and the ugly

14 people were jammed inside a 15 ppl van with poor air conditioning. My husband is 5’8” he has absolutely no room to put his legs. You can imagine how uncomfortable it is to be in this stuffy n jammed condition for more than 8 hours. The driver of the van works also as the tour guide himself (not sure if that’s even legal) whom has a strong accent, although he has good information abt the history of Vegas n the canyon itself but it’s hard for us to understand what he’s saying, not to mention that he said his mike broke that morning. The views were amazing on our trip n the native tour guy was knowledgeable n attentive. We appreciate the opportunity to see the National Park n for this reason it was memorable indeed.

Poor experience

We arrived at Horseshoe Casino at 6:00am and there was a van that was already mostly full. I walked in and said where are we going to sit. There was 4 in our party and we were separated and had to sit in seats where we were squished for the whole ride. This type of seating is not suitable for a 4 hour drive there and back. It seems like they overfill the seats. It would have been a better ride with less people. Or I suggest a much larger vehicle so the passengers have space. Tim was our tour guide. I had to ask him to help me in/out of the vehicle. It was a large step in/out. He didn’t speak clear English so it was difficult to understand his speech. We had to ask him to turn the air conditioning on because I was all the way in the back. I asked if somebody could switch seats with me because I was so squished and it was hurting my back. Only my friend I was riding with would switch with me. And we were forced to take turns in those seats. Tim did not do anything to accommodate me. The tour guide at the actual place at lower antelope canyon was amazing. This was a different tour guide. When we went to horseshoe bend, there was no tour guide. We walked out there ourselves and walked back. On the way back Tim told us he expected a tip from everyone in the van. And told us the amounts. I was planning to tip but didn’t feel this was appropriate. Overall, this experience was poor. But I thoroughly enjoyed lower antelope canyon and if you go, I would suggest driving yourself and not doing this tour.

They very clearly oversold the tour and didn’t have a seat for me. I wound up in the front seat next to the guide. The seat is cramped and uncomfortable. The guide did his best I guess but also kept falling asleep on me. Asked me why I was here alone and then said it’s very strange to have someone here alone..okay... Asked for tips from each of us individually with a recommendation for an amount. Usually, guides will recommend an amount at the end of the tour and that's fine. What wasn't fine was that he went around while we were driving and asked us for our tips. He asked us our names after we gave the tip and wrote down how much we each gave. Super weird. What we saw was amazing, especially antelope canyon, but go with a different company.

A must see destination

Antelope canyon is a once in a lifetime must see! Beautiful beyond words! The trek to get there from Vegas is a long journey but worth it. Our driver was a pretty crazy driver though- and I did worry for our safety quite a bit! The lunch- don’t expect much. Subway sandwich from fast station stop. I didn’t eat. So bring snacks. Bathroom break on the way there and on the way home. A king but memorable day!

Hi. I wanted to provide some feedback on our trip yesterday. The trip was four hours longer than advertised which resulted in my wife and I missing a show we had booked for 10pm. Pick up was 6am and according to the advertisement we booked it was 10-12 hours. We should have been back by 6pm and had time for dinner before our show. We didn’t get back until 9:30 at our drop off point and had no time to get to the show. Additionally the tour operator, Benny was swearing during the trip while conversing with the bus drivers. He also dwelled on the bad things that could happen multiple times. This made it quite unpleasant for some. For example he was talking about people drowning in the canyon where we were going, people falling off the edge of the horseshoe and then was speaking about the shooting at Mandalay Bay like it was funny. My wife and I thought it was very unprofessional and as it ruined the rest of our last evening in Vegas I wonder if you could refund our trip? Our booking number was 995866041.
