Stunning Scenery
Jennifer_B, Mar 2023
Bryce and Zion are stunning. Our tour guide Paulie was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The bag lunch was the best bag lunch I’ve ever seen, and plenty of waters available for the guests. That being said, there is no warning about the cold conditions in the reminder texts and we were not prepared by the company for the ice and snow at Bryce in advance. People were literally walking around with ski poles. I read the reviews about this but they had Jan, Feb dates so I wrongly assumed it had warmed up. Secondly, our group was stuffed into a smaller van (so no bathroom) four guests jammed on a bench seat in the back made for a very uncomfortable ride. Regular seats would have earned this trip 5 stars, and no one was late for this trip therefore being punished by having to sit in this bench. Unfortunately I can’t think of a way for customers to make sure this won’t happen to them. I’m still glad I went, my partner wishes he had not gone due to the discomfort of a 14 hour day stuffed on that back seat.
Amazing Views at National Parks
Dawn_T, Mar 2023
Wow, both parks are amazing! Tour driver was excellent, great views at stops. Informative videos while on long stretches of driving. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for your recommendation and for joining our tour!
Trip cancelled. Told me only after I made it to pick up location at 6am
Pinky_K, Mar 2023
Poor communication. Do not join. We were at the pick up location on time at 5:50am. Then I received a phone call as I was looking for my bus, the operator said my tour has been cancelled. She said I should have received the same info in an email around 3am. She asked me if I wanted to join a Grand Canyon South Rim tour that they operate and the bus is already there. We rejected and asked for a full refund. The email I got at 3am is a final confirmation of the tour. Not cancellation. Neither did I receive any text message. We had made plans around the tour, went to bed early (in Vegas), got up early, looked for breakfast place that open early, gave up other activities. They had all this time to contact me but decided to let us know the last second. Great job in ruining people’s vacation. We speculate they do this because most people would opt for the second tour they offer, so they don’t have to refund anything.

Occasionally, we are forced to cancel a tour due to weather, road conditions, or other similar circumstances. We always inform our guests as soon as we know. We are sorry for the inconvenience and certainly try to avoid this as much as we can.
Absolutely gorgeous, but tour guide was not ideal.
Grace_B, Mar 2023
It’s very difficult to rate this tour. My friends & I absolutely loved Bryce Canyon & Zion. We are so happy we did the tour & were pleasantly surprised by the lunch. However, our guide was far from superior. His name was Dirk and he coughed TERRIBLY the entire tour. Did not cover his mouth, wear a mask or do anything to prevent spreading illness. He also seemed to really dislike his job and was not interested in providing much information on the areas we were visiting. While I would still recommend this tour, I also hope the company looks into these comments and vet their tour guides and hires people with interests in National Parks.

The driver had a terrible...
Lisa_W, Mar 2023
The driver had a terrible cough and coughed continuously throughout the trip. I wonder how many passengers he infected. He took a nap while we were at Bryce Canyon while we were freezing outside the bus. The scenery was nice but the travel was too long for the payoff.
Response from Host, Mar 2023
We are sorry to hear of your frustrations but we thank you for sharing and we will look into these matters. Hopefully you enjoyed seeing the parks.
Awesome views (as expected) and driver /tour guide as well!
Lilibeth_A, Mar 2023
We went 3/6/23 with John as our bus driver/ tour guide. I enjoyed the tour as well as my family , awesome views as expected and bryce canyon was still blanketed with snow. John took care of all of us, a busload of 38 people. I’m glad we took the tour as it was a very long drive and we get the chance to nap in between these 2 parks as well as the drive home. I appreciate John’s excellent driving and trivias. He also kept us updated on what, where we’re going next and the time to get there. But most of all, I appreciate all the bathroom breaks🤭 and brought us to CLEAN bathrooms. Thank you John. Ill keep your company in mind for our next visit to Vegas with Antelope Canyon as our next trip.

We are so happy to hear how well you enjoyed your tour of the parks. Thank you for choosing us!
Zion and Bryce
Kenneth_V, Mar 2023
The trip to Zion was amazing, the scenery is stunning. Due to the weather, we reversed the schedule so that we went to Zion first and then on to Bryce. It was a very cold and windy day. Bryce had received a foot of snow the day before, the paths were icy and difficult to navigate. We stopped at Sunset Point for for over an hour and most folks stayed on the bus. We were very disappointed that we did not receive the option of spending that hour at the Visitor's Center. We realize that there was no parking available for the bus, but we could have been dropped off and picked up later. Driving 90 minutes to Bryce, just to sit on the bus for another hour was a poor use of time.
Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thank you for joining our tour. We are sorry that the weather interfered with your trip
Dirk, the tour guide
Cindy_M, Mar 2023

Almost a Perfect Day
Joseph_S, Mar 2023
The trip to Zion and Bryce was a welcome break from all the activity and hustle and bustle of Vegas. The bus was comfortable and the driver skilled, especially through the winding roads up to Zion and Bryce and his commentary was informative. It is a “13” hour trip because of the distances and we were to have 30 minutes in Zion and 90 in Bryce which isn’t much but gives you a good overview of both parks and the scenery along the route was great. My reason for not giving this trip a 5 is because of of two things: the trip back to Vegas and the timed missed at Bryce. We were to have had 30 minutes for lunch and 90 minutes at Bryce. A few minutes after picking up our lunches we arrived at Bryce we were given less than 90 minutes to get back to the bus and no additional 30 minutes for lunch so most people left their lunches on the bus and hurried off to experience Bryce. It was a long drive ( as we expected) but with more beautiful views and time to relax. The driver put on a video about the history of Vegas which was fine but then for the remainder of the drive, for over 2 hours we were all subjected to a very loud and obnoxious comedy for over an hour. No one was watched, many trying to sleep and only those who thought to bring noise canceling headphones were spared. Looking out at the scenery and having to hear that loud noise, ruined the trip . It was followed by loud music until we rolled in to Vegas , making for a very long 3 hours back. Most of us on the trip were looking forward to d a day away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas and get out in nature. The end of the trip could have been a quiet drive back reflecting on the beautiful sights and sunset out our window. We arrived back at 6:10 , 50 minutes earlier than on the itinerary. Sure would have been nice to have had those 50 minutes bin the parks.
Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thank you for traveling with us. We appreciate your feedback and will discuss the movies with our staff, as those should not be part of the tour. We constantly try to improve and thank you for sharing your experiences with us.
AMAZING Tour!!!

We had a spectacular tour with Wayne. Even though they had closed Bryce Canyon due to weather that day, he made sure we still saw some amazing sites. Very organized trip I felt I saw so much in just one day!

Great Trip

What a great trip. It's a lot of driving but you see a lot of sites this way. Plenty of breaks. You also get an hour in each park to hike and take pictures. Trish was our tour guide and she was awesome.
Winter Wonderland in Utah
Shirley_H, Feb 2023
It snowed the day before in both National Parks and we even had flurries as we drove up to Bryce Canyon. The flurries stopped before we got to Sunset point so we had great views. It was really cold so we didn’t do much more than take pictures and get back on the bus. Zion was a little warmer and we had lots of photo opportunities. The guide was knowledgeable. It is a full day tour.
Thanks
Sheila_P, Feb 2023
So, o lived the views, the scenery was wonderful. It was very cold, snowy and slippery. There should have been some notes on weather changes, items required, like boots or ice shoes. Also 16 people in the van was packed. You couldn’t move.
Response from Host, Feb 2023
We are glad that you enjoyed the views and scenery. We always recommend checking weather for your destinations.
