Would have been 5-stars but for our driver from hotel to airport (Prince) who immediately dove into controversial politics at 7am…we were with our 7-year old and the driver was asking incredibly inappropriate questions about our political views in front of him (drag shows in schools, sodomy books) which tainted our “vacation vibe” and excitement for the flight to say the least. Everything after that was 5-Star! Manny our pilot was wonderful and the experience was breathtaking! I’d highly recommend this tour, it’s truly the best way to experience the Grand Canyon.

We enjoyed everything about our experience… from the post-reservation confirmation call (where the employee offered some great insights to maximize our experience) to the hotel pickup, orientation, out-bound flight, ground time at the Canyon, return flight, post-flight refreshments and hotel drop-off. 5-Star really is ‘customer centric,’ so I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. This was my first time in a helicopter and second time to the Canyon… truly a great experience!

Had a good time visiting the canyons. Was disappointed that the same couple had the front seats the whole entire trip. Last ride the couples got to switch half way through the trip. Very disappointed we couldn’t view from the front seats, spent a lot of money on four people and wasn’t offered. Had to ask for photos after the ride, the maverick was more organized and was able to switch seats.

Ashley was amazing helping us with questions and seating. Manny the pilot did a great job telling stories and making us feel safe. Overall, incredible experience riding in helicopter and seeing beautiful sites. Strongly recommend. We had opportunity to sit up front, so I’m not sure if experience would have been as well in back seat.

This trip was amazing. The staff was very thorough and reservation making was a breeze. Pick up and drop off from our hotel was efficient and engaging. Our pilot was awesome very knowledgeable and a great guide. The views were breathtaking and beyond our imagination! Highly recommend this adventure!

1. Very old helicopters 2. No air conditioning in the cabin ( what was a disaster at this extreme hot weather ) 3. No room for legs. It was a torture to fly for 45 min with my 6’ 2”

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you did not feel comfortable in the helicopter for your Grand Canyon flight. For passengers exceeding 6 feet in height, we typically assign seat 5 or 6, as these seats have the additional leg room.
