Still waiting for my refund for cancelled tour

I got a text the day before saying there weren't enough participants so it would be cancelled and I would be refunded and have yet to receive any refund. $250 gone and no tour.

We had the best time with our host, Ita. He was very knowledgeable, took some creative photos for us, was a safe driver, and gave us flexibility when exploring the areas. The van was nice and air conditioned. We enjoyed it so much and the views at all the places were phenomenal. Highly recommend this nice day break from Las Vegas!

Seems a bit weird

The driver was friendly and all but it felt a little shady. He asked us to take pictures of grand canyon tickets on his phone but only had 2 (we were a party of 4.) When the pictures didn't work, he went in and bought tickets. Then at the Hoover Dam we were stopped because he didn't have a sticker he needed on the van and did not give his name to security when asked. We were driven to the places that we were meant to be driven to, it just didn't feel very legit.

I wasn't expecting this tour to be so amazing! First of all words fall short to describe how knowledgeable, fun, accommodating and overall nicest guy I've ever met was our tour guide! He was the reason this whole experience deserves a 5 star. Funny, great storyteller and absolutely knowledgeable of culture, surroundings and history of every spot we visited. A small mini van with two other guests which were super cool as well made the trip an unforgettable one. Plenty of time for photos and sightseeing; skip the skywalk, not bad but too much time in line and you can't take your camera or phone with you. I definitely recommend this tour times infinity!

The entire thing was amazing! Sergio our tour guide was the freaking best, very informed, knowledgeable, knew all the cool spots, and took some of the most amazing pictures! However I don't recommend the skywalk and lunch. Its best to do it on your own it's expensive to get your pictures and the line take between 1.5-2 hours. They don't allow anything including phones on the skywalk. Eagle point has a better view! Overall 10/10 recommend!

Curtis was our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and punctual so that we had an amazing experience and not have to feel rushed at any given time. The van was nice and the one we had at least had a spot for a charger, and you were welcome to keep anything in the van when outside between the drives. Good lunch and plenty of water provided. We had an amazing day along with the nice people we met during the tour!
