The AIRLINE wanted to re-arrange the schedule.
However, I had to leave to another place.
I am sorry for the trouble in a PLANE.

Terrible experience booking through Viator. Trip was cancelled last minute and didn't receive the news until after pickup time. Requested to reschedule but didn't hear back. Had to chase for a refund in the end. Attempted for refund but no trace of my booking (apparently).

We’d done the Grand Canyon tour by Helicopter, but thought the plane tour was slightly better as being higher up gave better views. The Grand Canyon is one of the best wonders to see in the world
