Visit the West Rim of the Grand Canyon on this full-day coach tour from Las Vegas. Travel by bus, and pass by Lake Mead and a Joshua Tree Forest on the way.     In order to maximize your time at the Grand Canyon, we pick up from SELECT hotels on or near the Strip and Downtown. The pickup location you will enter will be used as reference so we could assign you to the closest pickup point from the hotel or address where you are staying. You may be asked to walk to a property adjacent to your hotel to minimize pickup spots in order to begin the tour as quickly as possible. Pickup times are scheduled between 5:00AM and 6:00AM depending on your assigned pickup location. Complete pickup details will be sent to you on the day before your tour, on or before 8PM. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend not to make any reservations for shows or dinner in the same evening of a tour because many different circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions can result in getting back to Vegas later than expected. We are not liable for missed shows, tickets reservations, etc.

    Our guide, Brandon, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and informative. He took time to take photos for each tour member and knew where to go for the best views of the canyon. The trip was well worth it; the only disappointment was the sky walk at the canyon is a waste of money. In addition, they do not even allow you to take pictures on the sky walk. Instead, they have several people that will take your picture, for a price, of course, and, frankly, there are several spots that offer just as good, if not better views than the one from the sky walk.

    The tour provider had great communication from the time I booked, even during the day of the tour. The Tour guy Brandon was very informative and professional. However, the bus driver was not very personable.

    I'd taken this same tour in 2022. This trip was totally different than that one. We had an awesome tour guide, Brandon and an amazing driver, Erica. Brandon gave us so much information while on this trip and even played trivia. I was so amazed how Ms. Erica took charge in our coach. Kudos to her for getting us up & down some of those two way roads. On the way back we got caught up in traffic due to an accident but, we were entertained with a movie and Brandon kept us informed on what was happening. I would definitely recommend this tour.

When you purchase the walking tour guide, you not only get an in-depth shared knowledge of the canyon, but also beautiful pictures taken by your tour guide to create lasting memories of your Grand Canyon tour. The walking tour is totally optional and is offered way in advance before getting to the park. Since you opted to do the self-guided tour where you are free to explore the park on your own, you did not get to experience the walking tour inside of the canyon with the tour guide.     Bus arrived 2 hours late ( we were told to meet at the hotel pickup by 5am but then got delayed twice so the bus didn’t show up till 7 am). The lunch was in a wrap which was soggy when received so I wasn’t able to eat it as it was like paste. Due to the late departure we skipped the dinner stop. I felt like we didn’t spend enough time at the Hoover Dam perhaps due to the late departure but them wanting us to get back at the original time. The canyon itself was a great experience but beware the line for the skywalk can get extremely long so you want to make that your first order of business.

    The tour bus arrived almost 2h late, quite problematic ‘cause the pick up time was 05:30, it was quite disappointing to receive text after text announcing more delays. You have to be sure about the packet you have purchased, ’cause the name is misleading and not all the “options” are included in the shown price, they charge extra for skywalk, or the guided tour, the breakfast, etc…the lunch (we liked it) and snacks are included, as well as several bottles of water. The guide lady Leila and the driver were nice and attentive and the Canyon is worthy, nevertheless we would have preferred to start the day with less stress.

    Bus broke down in the middle of nowhere. Waited 4 hours for another bus to pick us up to take us to Grand Canyon. Why it took that long? Because Windstar was not prepared for this type of situations. The only thing good that happened was when we actually made it to grand canyon. I’ll miss the constant whistling of Layla.

    Brandon the guide and Erica the driver were exceptional.. the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the tour we purchased was misleading in the title because the skywalk is not included with $250 package for couple .. we did our own thing and it was just a memorable .. we ate at the restaurant over looking the skywalk

    Wonderful tour guide Layla and bus driver Nelson. Unfortunately our bus broke down and we had to wait quite a while for a replacement but our guide and driver made it as bearable as possible and were able to cover everything we were supposed to see. The skywalk is magnificent if you’re going to west rim you have to do the skywalk

    So excited for this trip for our family. We woke up very early and took an Uber to the Horseshoe Hotel. The driver picked up more people at the Excalibur. We had a total of 76 people for 1 tour guide in a double decker. Although we received a text regarding the ac in the bus, it was really cold. Then when we got to Dolan Springs at 8:30 the bus broke done. Seriously, why didn’t they service bus? We had to wait 4 hours in a gas station for 2 busses. It’s very inconvenient to wait at a gas station for 4 hours.! We finally left Dolan Springs at around 12:30 pm. Overall we’re happy because we still go to see the Grand Canyon. The drivers and tour guides great but the bus company is horrible. Also, they’re suppose to refund us for the walking tour. Let’s see what happens.

    Day got off to a slow start with unexpected break down but overall fantastic experience with visit to Grand Canyon, and a quick look at Hoover Dam on the way home. Nothing can prepare you for how spectacular the views of the Grand Canyon truly are, myself and my nephew thoroughly enjoyed it! Leila was a fantastic host and really made our day; she was incredibly hospitable, informative, funny, and so helpful with taking pictures of us all. We also met some amazing people from all over the World which was nice. Only down sides were my gluten free meal not great at all, and no breakfast option for my dietary needs, so next time I’d take my own food. Thanks again, Melissa, UK

    We were all excited until the bus broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the desert. We were told another bus will come or it will get fixed. Then luckily a mechanic who was a guest on the bus helped assist in getting the serpentine belt on to get to The nearest gas station. Then we were told bud will come in 1 hour or 2 it ended up being about 3 hours and 2 buses came. Pre checks should be done by the bus company. Tour company should consider hiring another bus service

    Gia (guide) and Caleb (driver) are the BEST! My husband and I did Grand Canyon West Rim & Hoover Dam tour. We packed so much into one day. We saw so many beautiful sights and got to learn a lot about the construction and history of the Hoover Dam. Highly recommend for couples, groups, and singles!

    We toured with Grand Canyon Destinations and our Guide Tour (Gia) and the driver were amazing but the bus didn’t have controlled temperature so the strong air conditioning wasn’t very pleasant even with a jacket (also don’t buy the extra breakfast or dinner, not worth it!!) but they tried their best to make our experience unique and we loved the view from both Eagle Point and Guano Point.

    The headline of the tour read as if the skywalk was included . It wasnt , also it stated hoover dam . We stopped there for 5 minutes for a pic . The guided tour was also extra . Total up sale on everything . Would not recommend .
