RuthCooper_C, Apr 2022
Our tour guide, Lorenzo picked us up on time at the hotel and gave our small group so much information and history about Vegas, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon before we even arrived at the destinations. Lorenzo was amazing and so welcoming and also protective of every in our group. He was also organized and knowledgeable. The views at Hoover Dam and the G. Canyon were spectacular!!! So glad we took the tour because we learned so much more than we could have experienced solo. Great tour and worth every penny !!!

Jay was an awesome tour guide. We had a great time. The Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon were great attractions to see but the Grand Canyon view was our favorite. My son absolutely loved hiking up the rocks with Jay.

Rabia_T, Dec 2021
Wonderful tour! We came with our kids and we truly enjoyed all the views and the ride. The tour guide Dirk was absolutely hilarious. Even the kids understood his jokes and were laughing. They also learned so much just by listening to his presentation. Great over all experience
Jacqueline is the best...
JacklineLouise_P, Dec 2021
Jacqueline is the best driver, tour guide and Vegas local!! ❤ it was a great trip with free breakfast, lunch and water. The hours inside the bus weren't boring because of Jacqueline.

Do VIP ONLY!
Jason_W, Nov 2021
Didn't get the VIP package that I wanted and ended up on a bus that had too many people. First ones picked up and last ones dropped off. Should have been first dropped off. Driver was good and views were great but meals are not that good.
Response from Host, Nov 2021
Hi, Jason. We are so sorry to hear that you don’t have a 5-star experience with us. Absolutely VIP tour will have better experience since the group size is no more than 12 travelers. However, bus tour are perfect for travelers who have limited budget.
Family tour with "Mama"
Billy_Y, Aug 2021
Our tour guide "Mama" was excellent. She tailored the trip to accommodate our group of 10(with young kids) and made every moment a great experience. Not to mention, she was happy to be our very own personal photographer!! Can't say enough great things about her and the tour!

vlad_l, Jun 2021
Great tour. Ridge stops. Great bus. Good driver. Right amount time. One caution though. Lines to Skywalk is long. Must be figured out into overall tour time
West Rim, Grand Canyon a fantastic get away; learn Hualapai people, awesome vista
Sheila_B, Apr 2021
Don’t have a favorite, each area had its own interest and history, I.e, Eagle Point was spectacular for the fantastic views of the canyon formation, Guano Point for the important history of the Hualapai people, and vast to rain a flora and fauna.
Highly recommended
Odis_B, Sep 2020

Response from Host, Sep 2020
Thank you for choosing iTravel USA and appreciating our service. We will keeping up.
Spectacular scenery
Leanne_M, Mar 2020
Booking was quick and easy. We were picked up from Bally’s as our hotel wasn’t on the pickup list which wasn’t an issue. The mini bus (our group was small) was clean the driver was nice and friendly.we stopped at a service station for a pit stop then continued to Hoover Dam the driver gave us some interesting information and we had time to take pictures. We continued to the Grand Canyon where we had options of doing the helicopter and sky walk. There are buses that take you to three places one is a old west town one is Grand Canyon and the last is the skywalk that also has Native American houses on display the views are beautiful. I would recommend doing the town last.
Response from Host, Aug 2020
Thank you so much for the positive feedback. We will do our best to make our customers happy.

Bad tour guide
Margaret_M, Mar 2020
The tour itself was very good. The problem I had was with Jay the tour guide. First of all we arrived at our pickup point at 6am for a 6.30am pickup and when the coach arrived Jay told us he had all of his passengers and it wasn't our coach. He did not check any paperwork and was told by another couple that we were on the same tour but still left without us. After waiting another 20 minutes I rang him and he realised he had to come back for us. When he arrived there was no apology and I found him very rude throughout the tour. I have no problem with the tour or the driver just the tour guide
Response from Host, Mar 2020
