Equipment worked well, I wish I had read more of the fine print because my girlfriend couldn’t ride with me and she was pretty scared. Instructor Logan was great though and gave her special attention and she ended up loving it by the end. There was a lot of set up for maybe too short a ride in my opinion. But definitely makes me want to ride more ATV next chance I get.

Had a really good time! The guide was great and the trip out was enjoyable. We had a nice ride, unfortunately some other participants were not as comfortable riding which slowed down the whole group. Would have been nice to "grade" the level of riding abilities and adjust accordingly. But overall we really enjoyed the day! Would definitely recommend!

Robert was one of the most considerate and amazing tour guides! My group had another excursion booked right after this tour. Our original tour guide had an accident that had to unfortunately push our time back and make this ATV tour almost impossible to do due to the new time sensitive time for our next excursion. So, we were placed with Robert and he was very upfront that there was a chance that he couldn’t get us back in time to get to our next excursion. We decided to go and Robert was very professional and considerate while still giving an amazing tour! He got us back with 5 mins to spare!!! Will definitely book again!!

They canceled my tour because only 2 people signed up for the 2pm slot. They texted me while I was on the plane telling me to be there by 11am. My flight didn't land until that time. I asked for a refund, since I has booked early a.m. They said 3 to 7 business day's. That's not cool. You got my money that day, I expect my money back the same day.
