The pilot was amazing! She did a fabulous job, we felt like we were just floating the whole time. The views of Red Rock Canyon were beautiful. The next time we are back to Vegas we will do the 4 hour trip to the Grand Canyon.

It was amazing to get up in the air and see everything. I was really bummed my headset was not working properly. I told the pilot and she said just keep tapping it. That was a disappointment cause I missed what she was saying over the area. I paid for a sightseeing flight. It kept turning on and off. I wish the equipment was working properly 😪. I did appreciate the shuttle service and complimentary water.

I booked this trip and then they cancelled 15 minutes before we we were suppose to leave . They did offer a different option but it would be at 10:45 pm and just the strip and our original flight was at 5:15 pm to red rock . We had to pass . Currently waiting on my full refund since they could not fulfill the trip I booked .

Thank you for your feedback. Unless you purchase all six seats, helicopter tours require a minimum number of four (4) passengers to operate. Our booking notes reflect that our Reservations Department made several attempts on the day of your tour to extend an alternative helicopter tour, which you did not respond.

The pilot was completely hilarious and still safety conscious. The price wasn’t out of line, the staff inside was friendly and professional, booking was easy, and overall it was a great experience. Kinda hot in the helicopter, but really what would you expect? I’d go again!

El viaje fue en un helicóptero muy chico donde estuvimos demasiado apretados. El tour consiste en que el helicóptero sale del helipuerto y se acerca al Red Rock que queda a 10 minutos y se queda quieto mirando el Red Rock por 12 o 15 minutos (no vuela por encima del Red Rock) y luego vuelve al helipuerto. Nosotros éramos 4 y a ninguno nos gustó el vuelo. Una pena.

Translate- The trip was in a very small helicopter where we were too cramped. The tour consists of the helicopter leaving the heliport and approaching the Red Rock 10 minutes away and staying still looking at the Red Rock for 12-15 minutes (it does not fly over the Red Rock) and then returning to the heliport. We were 4 and none of us liked the flight. a pity Response- Please know that the Red rock tour is a flight that allows you the visual experience of watching the sunset against the rocks. We are unable to fly directly over the park and must remain in the authorized flight pattern. The helicopter is configured for 6 passengers. We are required to scale every guest to ensure we meet the correct weight and balance for comfort and safety. We thank you for your review and business.
