Stick to flying!

From the moment we entered the terminal, until we re-entered after our adventure with Tanner, everything was excellent!! The ground transportation was deplorable. There was a huge miscommunication with pick up, so we took a car to the terminal. After, We were ready to leave by 5:30pm. While Marcos did pour on all the charm he naturally mustered, he still couldn’t promise us we would be back at our hotel by 8pm!! Our driver was not in property and no ETA was available. We called a car and we’re back at hotel by 6pm. Not a deal breaker, but maybe focus on what you do best - in flight magic and canyon champagne toasts!!

We actually didn’t do this tour - it was canceled due to the weather but we rescheduled for the wind jammer tour over the Grand Canyon and into the canyon for champagne. Tyler was our pilot & it was a fantastic trip, I can not say enough good things! HIGHLY Recommend!

This was an awesome experience! Highly recommend it! Only disappointment was the pickup/bus driver (rude, almost missing pickups, fast driving). Other than that the staff at Maverick and the pilots were top notch! We will book with Maverick again in the future for sure!

The most memorable experience was the flight around Red Rock with the turns that allowed looking down at the sight. And also the gentleman that said his wife needed another glass of champagne before heading back. The booking website does need to state that you are being picked up by a bus instead of a limo though. Overall excellent experience and Casey our pilot was really great.

This was a really great experience, from start to finish. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the pilot was THE BEST, very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Esperienza unica che vale la pena fare una volta a Las Vegas, servizio ottimo dal prelievo in hotel fino alla fine. Puoi godere del tramonto nella pace del canyon e poi rientrare verso le mille luci di las vegas passando sopra la strip.

Déception totale. C'était un cadeau pour mes 60 ans. Rien comme dans la description. Le tour aurait du être annulé.

La gentillesse du conducteur un gros plus. Il pleuvait et n'avait pas de soleil. Pour un tour avec le coucher du soleil et retour en volant en soirée pour admirer la strip de Vegas un gros zéro. Rien comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Très déçue on avait demande de changer la date mais aucune flexibilité.

Bonne expérience, pilote super sympa, très belle vue même si ce n'est pas Gran Canyon, ça vaut le détour. Un petit regret : la prise en charge + le retour sont très longs (beaucoup d'attente) et pas très clairs, il a fallu les appeler pour avoir l'horaire exact et le lieu de la prise en charge.
