I thoroughly enjoyed the medieval village along with the chocolate and cheese factory tours. However, it would have been more enjoyable if additional historical/cultural information was provided during bus trip.

The locations were good. Tour guide was terrible. Never introduced himself or bus driver. Did not inform us about where we were going and gave no history of the area. Basically he just told us times to be back to the bus.

Late pick up and it was not provided the service it was sold for.
I was not allowed to visit the Cheese factory with cheese tasting because the guide said this is not included on this trip, only the Gruyere gold day trip.
However the itinerary clearly says the cheese factory is included.
Waste of money.
The tour was amazing. Well planned...

The tour was amazing. Well planned, well organized and well executed. Our Guide Marie has a good knowledge on the tour places. Each and every location were explained well. The chocolate factory, cheese trasting and the train journey are very good. Thank you Visit and KeyTours SA.
