Not what expected, choice was not given for first class of second class, would have paid more to sit upstairs. Too many stops, waste of three hrs.

We regret that the cruise did not meet your expectations. All our Lake cruises make stops to enable people to take the boat from / to different places and not only a roundtrip.
We will follow up to show also the 1st class option in the future.
