Interesting tours of very popular sites; stamina required.

Our guide Jane was knowledgeable and experienced. She did well in keeping our group together amongst the hordes of other visitors to these very popular, very crowded sites. Jane personally led the Abbey tour, but she only introduced the Houses of Parliament tour, which is done by pre-recorded (and quite interesting) audio. Note that there are restrictions on interior photography within Parliament. Guests should also be aware that although these two sites are essentially next door to each other, the tour may be physically taxing for some: we walked or stood on a stone floor for the entire Abbey tour (there were no opportunities to sit down unless you left the group). The Houses of Parliament tour does have some limited seating available at certain locations, but even so, if you are visiting Parliament immediately after the Abbey, you will be on your feet continuously for the better part of 3-4+ hours. We did learn a lot, but we needed a good long nap afterwards!

I loved this tour, it is a most do! It is beautiful inside and out. I highly recommend this tour. The only thing that I did not like and see as a disadvantage was that the guide did not use a mic & monitors to communicate with us during the tour inside The Abbey. I felt it was more like you either listen to the guide or watch in detail & photograph the place and I chose the second one. Buy using mic & monitors, this would have been avoided.

The tour guide (Jane) was brilliant, so informative, i learnt more in that couple of hours than i did in 5 years at school, she also made it a lot of fun also. Would highly recommend to anyone to learn about proper British history.

Our tour was canceled, we were offered other options for before and after the dates we were in London. Not sure why they cancelled, but we were there on time, I hadn’t checked my email so while I was waiting for late tour guide I checked and saw they had emailed me it was canceled. We ended up going in ourselves and still were able to tour, but this was super disappointing.

Westminster Abbey and Parliament was closed due to the Queens passing. There was no communication from tour operator and when I contacted them for a refund there is no communication back.
