Excellent walking tour with a very well informed charismatic guide and the 'Ripper Vision' is a nice idea giving you a better insight into how the area looked when the crimes took place.

Loved this tour! Appreciated all of the history provided along with the humor that our guide Nick brought to it. Our group greatly appreciated learning about the women who had lost their identities through being victims of the crimes instead of glorifying the killer. Highly recommend Nick as a guide!!

What I liked the most was when we walked down Brick street like going back in time. Even ithough its more like gointg back to England in the 70ies . London has changed so much since Jack the Ripper that it is difficult to get a real feeling of the time and place. I became a bit disappointed when we started out because you advetise with a real old setting so I thought that it was to be held in a warehouse with a scenery from back then.

The history Whitechapel & murders were brought into our century with Mick's presentation. He was animated & interesting. The Ripper Vision technology was oversold & it under delivered. He used the hand projector once & it showed uninteresting things. I am sure this tour would be more entertaining later in the year when dark & with a smaller group. It just wasn't what I expected.

My husband and I did this tour b/c it seemed interesting and the Punk-Rock tour we wanted to do wasn’t available until June. Now we’re both glad as we had Mick for our tour guide and he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about not only Jack the Ripper, but murderers and the like from around the world! He’s done the work to know his stuff and was able to tell stories and build the vision for us all with such passion that only few could do. The great weather in London didn’t hurt. The group was a bit large at 25ish+ people, but again - Mick projects his voice well and I thought, “man we were lucky to queue up in the right spot”. After the tour finished at a pub, he stood outside and chatted for a few extra minutes. What a genuinely nice guy and amazing tour guide!

By far, the best part of this tour was our guide, Nick. He was excellent!! He was full of facts, entertaining and involved the group making this my favorite tour so far in London. The ‘Ripper Vision’ was not that great as it stays light during 80% of the tour. We were shown photographs instead during most of the tour which was sufficient. Nick did an excellent job of describing things so that you could visualize the time period and the people and the circumstances of crime solving.
