    Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a Blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. For FIT and groups, Dependent on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Representatives in Heathrow airports will be wearing blue jackets.

Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
    • Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    Excellent LHR transfer to central London. Easy meet up and nice ride into the city. We even had a little tour of Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey and Parliament on the way. Highly recommended.

    I booked and paid for a private transfer for my friends from Heathrow to Earls Court, well in all the times I have used Viator this is the worst. The driver wouldn't pick them up as they said they didn't go to that Ibis Hotel. I never gave them any hotel to go to, so my friends ended up catching a taxi. Will never recommend this service to my friends, and your call center people are just the rudest I have ever come across in all my years of travelling

    Our luggage was delayed, and fortunately our driver waited for us. He was very kind, and we were thankful to pay additional money for his time. But, his driving was not very good. He repeatedly was looking at his phone and typing while driving in London traffic. Multiple times we crossed the lines, came extremely close to hitting other cars and pedestrians. Took two hours to get us to our hotel that should have been a 45-1 hour trip. He seemed to be lost, going in circles at times. We often use Viator and this was the only bad experience we’ve had…..
