Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on live immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing. After meeting your driver you may have to wait a short while to depart. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee.

When arriving into London on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
This transfer does NOT service hotels in the Docklands area.
Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Pickup service lacked appropriate level of communication to deliver an effective transfer trip coordination. Unlike other service providers, they never attempted to communicate in advance the logistics, arrival time nor flight information. No email, text or call to establish pickup point. Only received call from provider upon arrival and at that point they dispatched the driver who arrived 20-25 minutes late. Driver was pleasant though and helpful and the coordination was not his fault.

Easy to navigate Heathrow airport when they connected the bridge after 20 minutes waiting. The driver was waiting I had a immaculate car I was the only passenger, I was expecting a bus so it was a nice surprise.

Don’t recommend this transfer company. Driver arrived over an hour late, flustered complaining of the traffic in London and the heat. Once we dragged our bags through the multi-storey car park we were advised it may take 2hrs to get to our hotel due to being now peak time. It took just over an hour? On the way he said he thought the windows down would be better than using the air conditioner so I was blasted the whole way to the hotel sitting in the back ? Not the experience I have had.

Very disappointed- we were suppose to be met 60 minutes after landing. I kept calling and was told another 20 minutes, then when it was no show I was told 10 more minutes. Bottom line was it was 120 minutes from landing before driver arrived.

Driver not there at arrival. Had to wait 40 minutes and after several calls we finally got a driver My wife and I had just got off a long haul flight 11hrs (flight was delayed) Viator assured me they were monitoring our flight but again no show.

Driver was very nice and van was good. Added a 5th person at last minute. Very accommodating The Problem and reason for rating was.... We had to wait an additional 45-60 minutes. Over 2 hours and 15 minutes after flight arrival to get picked up. Maybe London traffic but it was an extremely long wait for driver

We had to wait for an hour after we got our luggage. The driver did not turn on the AC or roll down the windows and the van was very hot. He talked on his phone the entire time and dropped us and our luggage off across the street from the hotel.

This precious driver supply my wife and I with a spontaneously wonderful tour as we were driving from the airport to the hotel! Easy to book. Called the tour company because the driver did not reach out. Waited an hour but as soon as I found the driver we waited for the other passage we who didn’t show so it ended up being a private transfer. I would book again but just advise you to call the company and get the drivers status

A bad start

The driver was late and when he finally showed up was quite unpleasant. He did not help with the bags even when walking through a busy car park with a young child carrying a lot of bags. He did not attempt to help me once. When we arrived he I loaded the bags and put them at the bottom of the stairs to the hotel. A stranger had to help me to carry them up and in. What an awful experience not worth a Penny much less what I paid.

When we arrived and connected with the driver he stated to us and another coupe that we had too much luggage and there would be an additional charge of 25 pounds. Based on the receipt we received we were authorized 1 large bag and 1 carry on. With we did. They had us and we could not secure new transport in such a short period. Bottom line I paid them - this was a scam. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!

Great service! I had phoned the driver to tell him our flight had been delayed and we had cleared customs but did not have our luggage yet. He told me where he would be waiting and he would see us when we had our luggage. There was one other couple sharing the ride with us. Driver was polite and very helpful.
