Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on live immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing. After meeting your driver you may have to wait a short while to depart. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Meeting Points for Gatwick/Luton/Stansted airports: All terminals: In front of Costa Coffee. London City Airport : Arrival Hall

What To Expect

Getting from London Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted Airport to your hotel or private residence can be complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. This convenient option takes all the hassle out of renting a car or paying for a taxi after a flight.

Just enter your details when you book, and your shared transfer is confirmed instantly. When you land, show your voucher to the driver and hop inside the vehicle. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so it doesn’t matter when your flight arrives. 

Please note: There is a maximum luggage allowance of one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person.

  • All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. There will be no charge for car seat on any shared transfers. Please note that child seats may not always be available, even if requested in advance.
  • Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

  • If you cancel less than 2 full days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 2 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My driver was amazing!! He met me at the airport and made sure I had bottled water and time for the restroom. He then carried my bags and gave me so much useful information into the city, its people, sights we were passing by. I road comfortably in his Tesla suv. He even was beyond accommodating when I felt car sick, which had nothing to do with him just a long journey for me and Lowe’s me to open the window and close my eyes but I asked and he followed through this waking me up to see huge landmarks. The driver was extremely personable and made the hour drive from the airport fly by! I will be using you guys for cuter London trips!

Our flight was on time. However, our shuttle was not there to greet us. We called only to find out that they said our trip was not confirmed, when in fact it was. I had paid and had confirmation number. Called back, they said they forgot about us. We waited 2 hours after an 8 hour flight to be picked up. The driver Mary was very sweet and very apologetic. But the office people need to step it up!!

We got to our place of transfer ok but our greeting because it took just over 90 mins to get out of airport to meet driver wasn’t a pleasant experience. When we met he instantly said it’s too late and we would have to pay more to transfer , he eventually agreed to take us after talking to his head office but it wasn’t the way we wanted to be greeted when entering the uk for the first time
