    If you are traveling from the airport to your destination in the city, you will receive a text message with a link to your booking details from Transferz, this includes the driver's details and the specific meeting point instructions. If you want to receive them by email too, please share your email address with us. If you are traveling from the city to the airport, Please make sure to reach out to us at least 24h prior to your travel date to let us know your desired pickup time. In case we won't hear from you, the pickup time will be scheduled 3 hours before the flight departure time you indicated. You will receive a text message with a link to your booking details from Transferz, this includes the driver's details and the specific meeting point instructions.     The transfer from our London hotel to Heathrow was exactly what we were looking for. Our driver let us know when he was ready to pick us up, he was on time and the car was immaculate and comfortable. Using the transfer service took all the hassle out of getting from our hotel to the airport. We booked the service through Qantas and the booking process was simple and easy.

    On time pickup nice car smooth ride. Lots of cheaper options to get to the airports but If your not into a bag drag this is the way to go.

    The experience with both the driver and company was unpleasant. They were not accommodating. I wanted to drop off a few members of our group. We had our own car. The driver said yes and then called the company and had the company call me to say no. All J wanted was to drop half of our group at a spot that was near the hotel. I was willing to pay for the service. The answer was no.

    Our driver, David deserves 10 stars. My husband left his phone in the van and David went above and beyond to get it back to us on his own time. The dispatch center needs some work. They respond late to messages and told us to go to the wrong location to meet our driver. So if you use this service speak to your driver and not the dispatch center.

    Had other expectations

    Nothing personal against the driver, he was very nice and communicated that he was running late, however... after an overnight flight, we expected to have someone right there (we only had carryon), and I did believe this was like a private car (nicely dressed/with a sign for us at the pick up point), but it was just like a regular Uber-type driver in joggers. Again, he was delightful and it was fine in the end, but I had other expectations.

    Excellent service. Our flight was over an hour late and our driver was waiting for us when we came out of the baggage claim area. We had a long overnight flight and it was great to get into a vehicle and not have to worry about a thing. Very professional.

    We booked to and from airport. We waited 20 minutes at airport for transport which was disappointing. Upon return, driver didn’t show on time and we took taxi to avoid missing our flight.

    Protests block roads plan alternate route

    I would give the driver a five star for effort. But as a company I really think you should know if their are protests or street closers. An alternate route should of been planned. We ended up having to walk almost a mile with our luggage to get to the hotel. The driver did try to get around it. But if they had gone a different route it could of been avoided. Traffic was moving on the other side. We don't blame the driver for the issue. And the car was clean and spacious.

    Although we had initial confusion around our meeting point, we eventually met up and all was well. Trip was handled efficiently and our driver had no problems finding our address in west London. There were six of us, with six bags, and we had no issues around space. Highly recommend!
