Out driver was punctual and very willing to help with bags. He checked that we were the people who had arranged for transportation. The drive went smoothly. The driver appeared to know the roads as well as any detours quite well. He was always polite and helped unload bags again at our destination.

We needed a ride from our hotel in London to Heathrow airport. Our driver arrived on time at our hotel for pick up. His vehicle was large enough for all our luggage and occupants. We found ourselves in the middle of the Queen’s Jubilee unexpectedly after a two week cruise, which was delightful! However, the roads and tube were being closed all around our hotel during the time we needed to go to the airport. The transportation company worked with us and the hotel to find the ideal time to pick us up and prevent us from being stranded. The van was clean, roomy and comfortable for the four of us and all our luggage.
