Our driver arrived 15 minutes early, which was great as our group was already in the hotel lobby and eager to get to Heathrow. Shuttle van was large, clean and comfortable. Driver was polite, professional and happy to load all of our luggage. I would highly recommend this service.

St Pancras Commute

Basem, our driver was prompt at meeting us at St Pancras Station in the pick up area and transported us to our Heathrow hotel in a timely fashion. Although our arrival time by EuroRail was 5:00PM it took about 20 minutes to detrain and arrive at the designated parking area. It was suggested by Viator that our driver arrive 15 minutes early for the pick-up. Perhaps drivers should arrive at the designated time as this makes their waiting time difficult. Basem also performed well in London rush hour traffic.

It was very difficult to get a hold of to update time/date, tried 3 different ways (phone, email, message app) without any confirmation. We ended up having to get an Uber to make sure we made it to the airport on time.

It made the trip go faster, than it really was. He helped us at the airport to get our luggage and directed us to the appropriate entrance. I really appreciated all he did for.. After not knowing when we would be picked up from our hotel and leaving them an unanswered email, then calling and being told, that in spite of having a booking number and confirmation number, that we didn’t have a reservation and calling several times, I resorted to calling Viator. I finally got an email from Viator after midnight, with a confirmation that our driver would pick us up at noon, the day of our departure.
